The wifi let them down.
Pros:

The room was a good size and clean. We had a meal in the restaurant which was quite good. The waiter was great. Parking was easy.

Cons:

The wifi was hopeless. The manager did try very hard to connect us and while standing at reception it worked but the moment we entered our room it disconnected. Annoying as we needed to check in for flights etc and it emptied my e-sim. I had to top up the next day when I should have had enough for the end of my holiday.

Location.
Did not have breakfast, so can't comment.

Cons:

Noise from other rooms on the same floor.
Saturday night/Sunday morning.
We had difficulty getting to sleep due to this noise - staff were banging on one if the doors after 4am trying to get people to keep quiet.
Not a lot staff could do in this situation when customers act like this - but it should have been handled long before 4am.

Disappointing
Pros:

Was ok for wedding in nearby ballymcgarvey

Cons:

When we arrived staff on reception was outside on phone no one to great when she did come in didn’t ask for name or anything just straight away said room wasn’t ready I explained I had emailed and was assured we could have early checkin at 2 still she wasn’t helpful then cleaner appeared also rude saying hotel had been full and room wasn’t hoovered yet again I explained I emailed an had a copy to say my room would be available to get ready in as we were goin to a wedding at 3pm so then agreed room just needed hoovered so we needed to be quick getting changed I am an independent travel agent for inteletravel Uk and I found this level customer service unacceptable

Not great value
Pros:

Beds good. Room was clean.

Cons:

No vault, shower knob awkward . Window opens to noisy courtyard. Almost did not find a parking spot as busy on weekends. Could not plug in CPAPS AS PLUGS NOT configured properly. Lights would have to be on.

Comfortable and reasonable value for money
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean accommodation

Cons:

The food quality wasn’t great. Breakfast items like pudding bacon and beans could be better. Barbara’s for breakfast is a little dark.
