PrimeBiz Hotel Karawang

My stay at PrimeBiz Hotel Karawang was quite satisfactory. The rooms were clean, simple, and comfortable, perfect for a short business trip. The staff were polite and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth processes. I appreciated the hotel's quiet atmosphere, which helped me rest well despite my busy schedule. The breakfast offered a decent variety, though nothing extraordinary. The location was convenient, close to major business centers and easy to access. The hotel is located at a nice quiet industrial estate, easy access to and from the tol road, but yet still at best accessibility through non tol road.
I found the Hotel facilities, such as breakfast, swimming pool, car park, etc., are very good especially when compared to the rate. Actually Gym facilities are available, but since I preferred to have outdoor exercise, then instead of going to the gym I just went out for jogging. However for the next visit I think I would try to use the hotel gym facility.

Complete room equipped and convenient to use everything also high level of materials. but now do not equipped air purifier and a little bit hard water.of showering. And also good breakfast compared with the rate of hotel room .

Location - near supermarkets, foodlots. Room has window - streetview, kettle. 1st room's magnetic lock was spoiled after several hours - had to use key!! Security breached!! Changed room with magnetic lock next day! Other room facilities were good”

Location very strategic. Room cleaned everyday. Breakfast change everyday. Staff very friendly. Overall satiesfied and very good (but please pay attention on closet room 131. There’s root inside the closet)

I stayed in this hotel for 2 months. I have given 5 star rating but supposed to give 100 stars.
Such a best hotel. They will take care like your family. Hospitality is much more better than 5 star hotels I have stayed.
If you are travelling to Purwakarta or Karawang stay here.
No matter if you have to travel a little more for your daily work. It worth the extra time you spend on traveling and staying in this hotel.

actually we come to this hotel by accident, because our previous booking got canceled... but it turn out quite nice...

the location is great, there are 24hours indomaret and alfamart, very near to toll. the building is old but well renovated.

service is okay and the staffs are friendly.

we dont have the chance to try the breakfast though...

The staaf very friendly.but for breakfast alwasy the same every morning.4 days i am here.cleaning is very clean.the water for bath is smell bad but for hot water is fine.safety is very high.thanks prime biz

I really appreciate Mr. Dasep for his coordination & support to the customers. He has good communication skill & good Public relation. Also I appreciate Ms. Isna for her good coordination. All Service staff is good & coordinating.

We stayed at the suite room and it has a complete facility both for my husband who needs a work space and my baby who need microwave for her meal.. not so big room but you can get all u nneed there, iron, hairdryer, plate, bowl, and many more

Please turn off the music in the hallway/corridor. It's annoying and disturbing me when I want to a nap and doing some work. Need quiet/tranquil especially when I need to do load of work
