Pros:

お世話になりました。
最近はフロント不在のホテル等で宿泊していた事が多かったのですが、フロントの方が対応していただけることで、対面のありがたみが改めて分かりました。
高校生の娘が持込のヘアアイロンで備品を損害してしまったのですが、丁寧に対応していただき娘の不安も解消致しました。
ご迷惑おかけしました。

Cons:

駅近ですが、駅裏となるため繁華街とは反対側となります。
駅のコンコースを通って行くと近いです。
