Pros:

JR松本駅の西側にあり徒歩5分圏内です。ユニットバスは広めで、ベッドも快適でした

Cons:

クローゼットがなくハンガーもあまり数がありません。窓が曇っていて外の風景があまりよく見えませんでした。

Well-situated, very attentive and professional staff.

Cons:

Breakfast service is efficient, but actual breakfast is basic. The bed was hard, so we asked for two extra pillows (only 2 per room) to make up for discomfort. Room was on the tiny side, no bedside plugs on one side of bed.

Pros:

Location is very near matsumoto station from west exit. Can comfortably walk straight to hotel with luggages. Quiet. Toilet and shower is good. Provide self pick-up amenities.
