The location.
- The AC was not working properly for the first 2 nights.
- No proper protocol for people who reserve the sun loungers by just putting their towels on for many many hours.
- The restaurant AC’s were dripping water on the guests.
- Some of the staff members were grumpy and or nagging/clingy when offering their services i.e spa services
I transferred my daughter and her family from a different hotel where their belongings were ransacked and stolen. When they reported it to reception and hotel management they were threatened with being evicted and flights home cancelled. 2 adults with 8 month old baby girl!!
From the minute they arrived nothing was a problem, the cot was waiting and was immaculate, the bed/bedding and room was pristine. Staff were friendly and professional. Even at midnight when they requested new bedding as my granddaughter was poorly.
This hotel and management team turned a dire holiday into a lovely first holiday for my family. Thank you 😊

Lovely hotel with very very friendly staff. Food was absolutely amazing with lots to choose from. They have an ice cream shop which is also part of the all inclusive option so kids were very happy. Entertainment crew were fantastic. Very friendly and happy hotel.
Öncelikle otelin tamamına yakını ingiliz turist bizimle beraber sadece 3 türk aile vardı otelde. Biz burayı çocuk dostu bir otel oldugunu gordugumuz ve cocuklara yönelik organizasyonları oldugundan dolayı tercih etmiştik ancak yanılmışız otelin kapasitesine göre havuzları çok kücük bu sebeple havuzda adım atacak yer yok ve hep kirli biz cocuğumuz sadece bir gun sokabildik ve diger gunler denize gitmek zorunda kaldık. Ayrica otelin ciddi bir hijyen sorunu var şoyle bir örnek vereyim kullandıgımiz asansorde kocaman bir karpuz kabuğu vardi 3 gun kaldik bu 3 gunde kimse kaldirmadi cunku temizlik adına bir sey yok. Bence bu otel turk ailelere bilet satmamalı çünkü zaten yokmuş gibi davranıyorlar...
Otel temizliği gayet iyi,çalışan personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü.Odalar oldukça geniş.Kahvaltı fazlasıyla çeşitli ve iyiydi.Otel müşterisi büyük çoğunlukla İngiliz ve küçük çocuklu aileler,havuz ve kaydıraklar çok kalabalık.

Different food every day always something for someone the staff and entertainment is amazing couldn’t of asked for better for the kids staff are interactive with everybody and are so friendly
The staff were rude. The selection of food was poor. The rooms were not cleaned daily and toilet roll was not topped up. There was no host to seat you at breakfast, no pool towels. We travelled there and was staying with a large group who all got sick from the hotel.
The slide at the kids pool, this keeps the kids busy all day.
Just come home from a 6 night trip at this hotel and can honestly say it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
I booked onto a family wedding and around 40 the guest was staying here. I would say at least 30 adults and children all ended up sick, most having to see the hotel doctor.
I paid over £1000 for one adult and child to stay here for 6 nights, I didn’t have an issue with the price at the time of booking as the hotel is advertised as a 5 star all inclusive.
This hotel is absolutely not a 5 star resort.
The hotel does not have mayonnaise for the guests, so we paid £1000 to stay somewhere for 6 nights and our children not allowed mayonnaise with their lunch.
This 5 star all inclusive hotel has no towels for guests to use by the pool. So we had to go the shops to buy our own towels and mayonnaise. When we spoke to a manager about this we was told it was because a lot of people were getting food poisoning from mayonnaise being left out too long, although I would argue this was the cause as most our friends and family was unwell after eating/drinking here anyway.
We questioned the 5 star rating and was informed 5 star in Marmaris is not the same as other places, this hotel is 5 star because it has pictures and carpet on the landings and access to a tennis court.
The air con in the bedrooms is extremely loud, so you have to choose between a good night sleep or being absolutely roasting.
The fridge in the room doesn’t work so your water is warm. You get 3 mini bottles of water for your entire stay for two people.
The cleaners do not clean, they make your bed and give clean towels but not once in 6 days was our bathroom even wiped over.
Aircons and rooms need attention
This was one of the worst experiences we had with any hotel. First of all, when we arrived it was 110° outside and it was 110° inside, they didn't even bother to turn on the Air conditioner even in the lobby. Rooms were old, things were falling a part. We had only two 2 outlets in our room, one in the bedroom and the other in the bathroom. They left us half used shampoo and body wash bottles. Air conditioner stopped working in our kids room, it took hotel one hour to send someone and then they blamed us for it 🙄.
Food was terrible, we had to pay for water to drink, this is All Inclusive hotel.
Pool was packed, water was murky and we could smell chlorine on the third floor where we stayed. They give you only one key to your room if you want second you need to leave a deposit.
Costumer service is horrible. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
No AC in lobby, very low AC in the rooms, small swimming pool. The front desk staff not friendly or accomedating.
The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were excellent.
The location was perfect for us not too far to walk to the beach.
