One of the worst hotel i have visited so far

Services are good but comfort and cleanliness is literally WORST

Pros:

carelessly maintained property. The bedsheets had red stains on them, and were not changed inspite of asking for fresh sheets. this was the first time I tried a Ginger property, and from the experience, I am sure it will be my last.

Pros:

Thoufh I had a confirmed booking it took more than half hour to check in as the hotel did not have the information from back office and they did not believe the voucher for booking that I had with me and booking confirmation provided by Expedia.
Room size is very small and inadequately furnished.
Room ambiance is poor.
