The hotel is not comfortable and very bad

This is the worst hotel I stayed in .., in my entire life . Not even 1/2 star hotel . I took pictures, I didn’t touch anything in the hotel, I was there for few hours only .. Expedia should remove this hotel from the list

Very bad I will never ever be near this hotel

Wonderful, we celebrated our honeymoon here. It is a quaint and archaic hotel which suited our interest.

My husband and l were actually misguided by the pictures on the website , bathroom and toilet were rusty and the mattress was very uncomfortable but they have one of the most friendly, reliable and welcoming people we have met totally made up for everything. Loved our stay in Sharjah.. lovely people, considering staying in sharjah my next visit

Its amazing that Hotel.com still offering this property.
In simple, what you pay what you get, but this one not again. Very dirty, and smelly. Hallways full of air freshener, rooms stink unbearable. Asked for a toilet paper roll, took 24 hours for them to get it.

Roaches is in the room and bed. Wi Fi was slow .bath condition was bad. There is no water pressure in shower

Room service need to be improve rest is good,I enjoyed my stay at Dana hotel !,good wifi, it is always a pleasure to come back, The front desk was quite rude during the check in process..
Had a very nice and pleasant stay all in all.

There is no water pressure in shower, little & slow water in toilet. Stain on carpet .only few chanel, signal no good. Smelly halway & room. Vary old furniture. I'm 6 ft tall but my legs was out from bed .Bath room curtains terible.

This was the perfect hotel for me. If you’re looking for an excellent price with all basic necessities: air conditioning, wifi, mini fridge, daily room cleaning (fresh sheets and towels), and a good location, then this is your best choice. The staff, from the receptionists to the room attendants, are all professional and make every effort to satisfy your needs. If for any reason, you are faced with something unexpected, the manager, Mr. Mounir will provide first class customer care (I’ve stayed at five star hotels that can’t match this service, also that’s probably why the rest of the staff is so good). So it's really a win win - you get the budget price with all basic needs covered and the elevated customer care in case you need it.
