Pros:

I got what I paid for. However it is difficult to check details of your booking and to ask hotel staff questions when there is not a common language or way or communicating. The room was not cleaned during my stay, which was ok, however this was not communicated that this would be the case. I was asked if they could clean it late of the afternoon of my final day's stay, so it didn't seem worthwhile. I had an air conditioner maintenance man knock on the door one afternoon and service the ac. It didn't seem right.
If you are literally looking for a place to lay your head, it will be suffice.
