Pros:

staff was great! Great attitude.

Cons:

The hotel itself was dated.. the bed was not comfortable. When you get over $199 per night I exect more.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Best breakfast I have probably ever have had at a hotel. The staff also made it so fun for our 4 year old daughter! The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable

When I come that way again I would love to stay here.
Pros:

The scrambled eggs with cheese in the center was very satisfying along with sausage. All that was offered was adequate to give you a good start for the day.

Cons:

I’m easy to please, but everything was great, no complaints to share.

Pros:

I liked everything about the room. The lady that checked me in was absolutely amazing!

Cons:

How I was treated before and after checking out by a guest that was staying there. Harassed my boyfriend and myself. Makes me not want to check out rooms at that particular hotel again.

Room was stuffy and wall unit was blowing out dust particles that triggered my asthma and allergies. Very old scratches all over fridge with paint peeling off. Ceiling looked like it had leaked before. Outside window was very dirty and moisture in between glass pains. Musty smell

Nice stay and good work.
Pros:

This is a nice property. It is a little older, but it’s not really that old. The rooms are quiet and I enjoyed that my king room had a really nice chair and good artwork in it. It was calming and it was a great shower with lots of water pressure. The breakfast has a bunch of options and you can get almost anything you would want for breakfast there. I liked the pool and the spa however, the spa needs some work. There are some of the chats that are not working. I can tell when someone painted the ceiling that they didn’t tape off the ceiling in the hallway so there is overspray on some of the paint.

The remote for the TV is in the window because they charge it with the sun. A note for this would have been good.
