Fizemos uma reserva de meia pensão e ao chegar no check in, fomos informados que só poderia ser Café da Manhã e que iriam dar um desconto. Esse hotel está passando por problemas internos. O quarto era bom porém somente com ventilador de pé, Por falar em Café da Manhã foi decepcionante, de baixa qualidade.
Muito boa.
Gostei do Hotel, mas não disseram com antecedência que não aceitam pagamento com cartão de crédito, somente débito!!! Deveria ser dito antes de fechar a reserva!!!
Após tantos problemas com os combustível nossa estadia em Serra Negra foi ótima. O Hotel Columbus e ótimo com um jantar muito bom. Os quartos deste hotel são muito grandes e confortáveis.
