The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, and the property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The service was wonderful, and we felt very welcomed and cared for.

Cons:

The only disappointment was a misunderstanding regarding the wine tasting. When we purchased wine one day, we were told that we could enjoy a complimentary tasting the following day. However, the next day a different staff member told us that no such promotion existed, so I paid for the tasting. Perhaps there was simply a misunderstanding on either side, but it was a little disappointing. Other than that, we had a fantastic experience!

Pros:

The way every corner has been decorated is exceptional and makes you pause, reflect and enjoy. It was a 1 night stop over for us but wish we had more time to enjoy here. Interaction with animals and feeding them was good for kids and us.

Pros:

Die Hotel Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet Die Zimmer sind gross, die Betten bequem. Man kann gut durch den Park schlendern und sich an der Gestaltung der Sterzeichen erfreuen.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Parterre mit einem kleinen Sitzplatz. Leider laufen immer Leute vorne durch, d.h man hat wenig Privatspäre. Das Fitnesscenter ist für diese Hotelkategorie eher bescheiden. Preislich liegt das Hotel am oberen Limit, vorallem die Taxen und Resortfee schlagen zu buche...

I was pleasantly surprised. I thought, it would just be a place to sleep, I was wrong.
Pros:

The Tuscan architecture of the property is absolutely stunning. The combination sculptures, paintings and other artistic expressions are amazing. I love the sacred spaces, the hospitality and unparalleled service. The restaurant is really good too. We enjoyed walking on the grounds and catching photos of butterflies and hummingbirds. We regret we did not spend time with the llamas, goats and fowl.

Cons:

The only thing I can say needed a little attention was the pool. It was not quite clean, so couldn’t use it. Such a tremendous amount of land cannot be attended to all the time, I thought. Everything else that was perfect will bring me back many times over, I hope.
