Vegas like pretentions with little else to offer except a roof over our heads.
Pros:

The courtyard. the ground and manager by the name of Morgan. She was terrific trying to help us get into our room, which was hours late in being ready to occupy.

Cons:

Check in, and the woman behind the counter.
Food in restaurant was mediocre
Staff was young, inexperienced and not polished, esp in the dining room.
Location being out next to a school, a La Quinta inn. -- promotional advertizing was misleading. Yes it was next to a small vineyard. - not in the middle of an estate or even in the wine district
Spent new years eve there. - nothing was going on except a photo booth. - and restaurant. / bar was closed by 10 pm. Not very festive.

It was amazing.
Pros:

It was beautiful and cozy either way an old world feel. Everything about the resort is gorgeous. There are places to walk and sit and enjoy the view.
