Le personnel est adorable ! Des amours.
Adapteurs electriques fournis gratuitement, eau gratuite, ils gardent les bagages.
La station Victoria est geniale pour naviguer en metro dans Londres.
Resto à côté.
Le quartier est trop mignon.

Cons:

La plomberie fait du bruit la nuit.
La temperature de la douche est difficile à trouver sans se bruler.
Petit dejeuner trop simpliste, plus de variétés svp.
Pas d ascenseur. Mais pas grave.
