Gradevole struttura in ottima posizione per visitare la magnifica Londra!
Pros:

Ottima la posizione della struttura in un quartiere molto carino a due passi dalla stazione victoria. Il fatto che la reception fosse aperta h24 è un fattore apprezzabile che da maggiore sicurezza, inoltre acqua e biscotti gratuiti sempre a disposizione in camera

Cons:

Una sola chiave anche se la stanza era matrimoniale... Pessimi i cornetti della prima colazione.

Pros:

Room was small but it is acceptable. Location was nice closed to Victoria station for train and coach. Breakfast was nice. In room service for coffee, hot chocolate, cookies and tea are every day refilled.

Nothing.

Too expensive to what I get
Cons:

The room stank, like pee, it could be the air condition too. They gave me a room in the basement hard to access. Next say I went to another hotel and it was better and cheaper

Extremely Poor!
Pros:

Breakfast was ok - continental

Cons:

The room was in the basement next to the laundry cupboard and area cluttered in Hoover's and stock. Stairs down were extremely dangerous and carpet worn. The room itself was small, bed uncomfortable with a very poor air con. Bathroom lighting was poor and no mirror over dressing table.
