Equipe do hotel muito agradável e prestativa. Café da manhã muito bom e com bastante variedade, ainda deixam um "mini" café montado para que os hóspedes possam se servir ao longo do dia. Quartos limpos com arrumação diária e troca de toalhas. Área de piscina muito boa, limpa e organizada. Localização excelente, dá para ir a pé para o centro da cidade.

Cons:

O tratamento da piscina aquecida poderia tem um pouco menos de cloro ou utilizar outro produto. O cheiro de cloro fica muito forte com o vapor de água quente e janelas fechadas, ardendo os olhos e nariz.

Os funcionários são bem atenciosos, e o hotel é bem limpo.
Pros:

Quando eu fiz a reserva, mostrava fotos dos quartos em frente à piscina, mas os quartos que estavam sendo usados eram quartos sem vista nenhuma. Fora isso, não tem restaurante para almoçar e nem jantar, além do que, nem um café para se tomar durante a tarde e a noite. O restaurante seria bom, pois parece que a cidade não oferece opções para almoço e jantar. Também não menciona na reserva que tem escadas para subir e descer, o que não é muito bom para pessoas com limitações físicas.

Cons:

Quartos não eram os anunciados (em frente à piscina), escadas internas, sem restaurante.
