Over all stay was nice . Staff is kind and friendly

Honeymoon in Ubud

A very nice room, a beautiful swimming pool, a restaurant where everything was delicious and… most of all, staff people so friendly and helpful!
We were lucky to begin our holiday in here 🤩

Sjarmerende, rolig sted, med hyggelige ansatte
Pros:

Et lite, rolig og sjarmerende sted med herlig basseng. Medarbeiderne på hotellet var veldig hyggelige og skjønne.

Cons:

Beliggenheten er litt utenfor alt annet, en del Grab sjåfører fant ikke lokasjonen.

Lovely property. Needs careful consideration when booking large groups from particular areas.
Pros:

Small, intimate with lovely staff

Cons:

A large group of arrogant, loud people who had no consideration for others. Allowed their teenagers to run through the restaurant and take over with no thought for others. Loud FaceTime calls on adults’ phones. Made so much noise early in the morning while we were trying to sleep.

Great hotel, wonderful staff. We loved the cooking class
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable and very clean. The staff are the best part of the hotel. Everyone is so friendly, so helpful and so warm and caring.
We did a cooking class at the hotel with the head chef Asana and from the restaurant, Widi. This was a fantastic thing to do. It’s loads of fun, very informative and after, you get to eat the 3 course meal you cooked. We highly recommend the Mayura Ubud Retreat and the cooking class.

A Hidden Treasure Trove

Rooms were great and reasonably priced
Pros:

The rooms were great and the property was very reasonably priced

Cons:

The restaurants food was not great and expensive for what was provided. As the property was isloated we would have been happy to eat at their restaurant if what was on offer was better, but chose to go into town instead. Shuttle was not a good service, spa looked uninviting and yoga classes very expensive and never saw them running.
