It’s a comfort small butique hotel very close to Lapaz market .Just a few steps away to the legendary Madge cafe.
The stuff is polite and always ready to help.

Bed keeps sliding away when laying on the back against the wall.
Loved the balcony— seeing the cityscape in the morning and evenings made the stay great! Loved the welcoming dark-wood furniture with the spacious large airy space, and clean bathroom. Enjoyed the warm shower and comfortable bed after a day of sightseeing. Will come back.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful... gave some excellent advice on things to do. The rooms were clean and comfortable and spacious. The hotel has a wonderful ambience.
Location near the city center. A bit old but still okay.
Boring breakfast, very unhelpful attitudes. Avoid during the Dinagyang festival: it's very close to the street sounds which are unbelievably loud and go on without interruption from 6am to 1.30am at night. Some of their rooms face the noise directly and are really unsuitable for guests during that time. Still, they put us there anyway, I begged them to change rooms but they kept lying about being full. When I finally made a big fuss, two more acceptable rooms magically appeared...
