Vue Mer de ma chambre a moitié.

Cons:

Tout autour de l'hôtel rien n'est fini ,très étroit le plus petit millimètre est construit, encore des bâtiments vétuste faut laisser le temps passé pour finir.
Plage public en béton obligé plage privé 2000 ou 3000 lek par jour 🤬

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und gastfreundlich. Die Lage ist wunderschön – direkt am Meer mit einer tollen Aussicht. 🌊 Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass es im Zimmer kaum bzw. keine Schränke oder Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Kleidung gab. Auf Nachfrage wurden uns aber direkt zusätzliche Kleiderbügel gebracht, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und definitiv empfehlenswert! 😊

We did not get a room due to double booking
Pros:

Nothing, we arrived around 6pm and were told that we were double booked and sorry no room. We had to walk about find somewhere else which was double the price.

Cons:

We did not stay. We were told we were double booked by booking.com A message earlier in the day would have been NICE. We had to pay double for a different hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Piccolino a Saranda e l'esperienza ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. La struttura è intima, accogliente e dotata di ottimi comfort, tra cui il frigorifero e il climatizzatore in stanza. Quest'ultimo è comodissimo ed ecologico: è infatti collegato a un sensore che fa partire il condizionatore nel momento in cui chiudi la finestra, mentre se la tieni aperta il condizionatore si spegne automaticamente, evitando inutili sprechi e garantendo sempre la temperatura ideale. La pulizia della struttura è davvero eccellente: effettuano la pulizia della stanza e il cambio degli asciugamani tutti i giorni, mentre il cambio delle lenzuola viene fatto ogni 2/3 giorni. Un enorme valore aggiunto è la presenza del posto auto privato, un servizio fondamentale per il luogo in cui si trova, dato che a Saranda è notoriamente molto difficile parcheggiare.

La posizione è la fine del mondo: l'hotel si trova con vista mare e subito al di sotto ci sono due spiagge, di cui una con sassolini, una rocciata e poi da lì prosegue tutta la spiaggia principale. Inoltre, la zona è super servita: ci sono vicino supermercati, locali e tutto il necessario a portata di mano. Subito dopo il mare, a soli 800 metri, si raggiungono il porto e il lungomare, permettendo di arrivare comodamente a piedi in centro e nella passeggiata serale sempre in piena movida.

Il vero cuore pulsante di questo posto è la gestione familiare. Il proprietario Claudio, insieme alla moglie e alle splendide figlie più piccole, gestisce la struttura con una passione e una cura d'altri tempi. Ci hanno accolto con un calore immenso, dimostrandosi sempre attenti, ma mai invadenti, pronti a fare due chiacchiere e a darci i migliori consigli per esplorare la zona. Le bambine portano un'allegria contagiosa che fa respirare un'atmosfera genuina, affettuosa e profondamente accogliente.

Old-School Charm, Modern Comforts, and Hosts Who Genuinely Care
Pros:

The hotel sits less than a minute from the Main Street that runs down from the port and the port itself is barely a 10-minute stroll away. Beach, shops, local amenities, all right there. Location-wise? Pretty much unbeatable.

This is a family-run place and you feel it the moment you check in. Warm, genuine welcomes from hosts who clearly care about the people staying with them. We ended up tacking on an extra night, and luckily kept the same room. Huge thanks to Kida and Clara, the lovely daughters who help their parents keep everything running like clockwork.

The cleaners were absolute stars — fresh towels and bed linen every single day. I may or may not have smudged lipstick on the pillowcases (guilty as charged) and they were swapped out daily without a word. Very much appreciated.

The room was clean, no fuss, with plenty of storage. The bathroom? Same story spotless, simple, exactly what you need on holiday. Aircon worked a treat and didn't cost extra, which isn't always a given. We had a balcony too, which doubled as a handy spot for drying our swimsuits.

Breakfast hit the spot. They catered to all dietary needs as far as I could tell, kept the serving plates topped up and cleared tables promptly.

It's an old building, and the decor leans into that, which we loved. It's kept its history and character and that's exactly what makes it stand out. No frills, just charm.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will absolutely be back next time we're in town.

Cons:

The only gripe: there's no lift, so it's not ideal if you've got mobility issues. We got a hand with our suitcase from the lovely owner, which was a nice touch. If you're able-bodied, don't let it put you off, honestly, the stairwell strolls turned into a bit of fun and we ended up chatting with other guests we kept bumping into. Silver linings, eh?

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Nähe vom Hafen und am ruhigeren Ende der Küste von Saranda. Gerne wieder!

В силу определенных причин (возраста) подниматься на 4-ый этаж без лифта сложно 🙂.
