Je n'ai pas du tout apprecie qu ' on me demande de quitter l' hotel le samedi 28 fevrier avant midi a la suite de l'attaque contre l' Iran , faute d'un abri en bonne et due forme ce qui n'est pas legal .J'attends encore le remboursement de la derniere nuit payee du 28 fevrier au 1 er mars...soit 415 shekels .Je vous prie de faire le necessaire au plus vite car l'hotel n'acceptant que les cartes de credit israeliennes avait promis de se mettre en relation avec ma banque pour me recrediter du montant annonce d'avance merci. The situation in the country is not the hotel fault, but while you hosting you need to take care of your guests, we left

We’ve been to that hotel before, it was quite good and after a few more hotel, we came back to him because it was clean, nice and the stuff we’re good and informative

This time the room that we took on at 9 PM was with a weird smell, the stuff was very tired, these things I can understand, but I can’t understand how in hotel in the middle of Tel Aviv. This situation doesn’t have any instructions for his guest or leading them to a shelter or a safe space during the alarms and the sirens and why am my three sisters and my 81 years old mom we’re going down. No one was there to point them or to tell them where to go worse than that one of the ladies that worked there on the reception didn’t know what to tell them

A slum masquerading as a hotel.
Pros:

We had a reservation here in January. When we arrived, we were met with a door that didn’t shut. Hotel staff were unable to fix the door or change our room. The receptionist said we could cancel our booking and get a refund so we moved to a different hotel (Hotel Meyer).

The next day, the manager completely denied everything that had been promised and refused to refund us, despite not having provided the service. They then gave false information to booking.com when we raised a complaint.

Avoid at all costs.

Constant noise, rubbish beds, not all staff know what hospitality is, rooms are super small, super dirty, curtains with holes and don't properly closing.
