מיקום מצויין, מכונת קפה ומים בלובי, אפשר להכין קפה ולהנות מהישיבה בלובי.

היה פער משמעותי בין התמונות באתר לחדר שקבילנו. כשהזמנתי ראיתי חדר עם חלון גדול ומרפסת ובפועל קיבלתי חדר קטן עם חלון קטן - הסתדרנו עם זה כי רוב הזן היינו בחוץ אבל זה היה די מבאס. היינו 3 אנשים והיה לנו שולחן קפה קטן וכסא אחד. לא היה מקום לייבש מגבות ובגדי ים אחרי הביקור בים. אם היו תמונות ממחישות את המבנה של החדר זה היה פחות מאכזב.

תמורה מעולה למחיר בלב תל אביב

חוויה אורבנית מקסימה במחיר הוגן מאוד
כבר מהכניסה מרגישים את האווירה הצעירה והמודרנית. המלון שמור ונקי, והפרטים הקטנים שעושים את ההבדל – כמו צנצנות סוכריות הגומי הצבעוניות ועמדת הקפה החופשית בלובי – פשוט מעלים חיוך. הצוות בקבלה היה נעים, והדיל אמנם לא כולל ארוחת בוקר, אבל במיקום כזה זה ממש לא חיסרון.
היתרון הענקי הוא המיקום בתוך רחוב דיזנגוף: לא נגענו בתחבורה ציבורית או במוניות, הכל זמין במרחק הליכה נינוח. במחיר שהשלמנו – זו הייתה תמורה הוגנת ושווה ביותר!

Excelente ubicación, cerca de la playa y en pleno centro de Tel Aviv. Muy cerca de tiendas, supermercados, shopping, restaurantes, etc. Tiene servicio de agua fría y caliente las 24 hs con café y té y dulces en la recepción. La atención fue muy buena. Quedamos muy conformes y volvería a alojarme en el hotel.

מיקום מעולה וחוויית אירוח מפנקת!
המיקום של המלון פשוט מצוין. החדר היה נהדר – המרפסת הייתה יפה ונקייה, המקלחת גדולה ומרווחת, והיה ארון גדול ונוח במיוחד. מודים מאוד על החשיבה על הפרטים הקטנים: חיכו לנו בחדר חלוקי רחצה, נעלי בית מלטפות, מגהץ ופן לשיער.

Cons:

המזגן בחדר הרעיש בצורה חזקה מאוד. כשהתלוננו בקבלה, האחראית הציעה שנחליף חדר. ארזנו את כל הציוד ועלינו לחדר החדש, ורק אחרי שכבר עברנו, נמסר לנו שהחדר פנוי ללילה אחד בלבד ונצטרך לארוז ולעבור שוב למחרת. נאלצנו לחזור לחדר המרעיש כדי לא לעבור שרשרת מעברים מיותרת.
מבאס מאוד שלא הוצע שום פתרון נוח אחר או פיצוי הולם על עוגמת הנפש והסירבול, במיוחד בהתחשב במחיר ששילמנו.
בנוסף החיבורים של הזכוכית במקלחת היו מלאים בעובש, והיו בחדר שקעים ללא מסגרת הגנה. אלו פרטים קטנים אך משמעותיים שלא אמורים לקרות במלון שמכבד את עצמו.
