המיקום הנהדר כמובן …

העיצוב של המלון ממש מגניב ומודרני.

ריח נעים, לובי חמוד, יש אחלה מכונת קפה .

Cons:

החדרים קטנים- נכון, כתוב 18-20 מ״ר -
אבל השירותים והמרפסת בגודל החדר ולוקחים את כל המקום .. פשוט מרחב החדר שינה פיצי.
אין מקום למזוודה בכלל.

הוילון בחדר מלוכלך…

אם לא סוגרים בבוקינג ארוחת בוקר ״ שלמו במקום האירוח״ זה אומר יקר יותר.

לא היו לנו מים חמים בחדר שלנו.. לזוג חברים כן היה - ממש מבאס לחזור למלון בערב אחרי יום חם והליכה מרובה ולהתקלח במים פושרים ( אחר כך שמתי לב שיש פה עוד תגובה על אי מים חמים.. כלומר בעיה שחוזרת ולא מטופלת)
למחרת היו מים חמים.

ביום הגעתנו הרגשנו שהשירות לא עמד בסטנדרט -

הצוות בלובי ובקבלה היה קר ומרוחק, נקט גישה נוקשה וקורקטיות מוגזמת שהפכה את התקשורת מולם ללא נעימה. לדעתי מלון כזה תמיד זקוק לצוות שירותי ומחייך יותר.
יש לציין שביום למחרת - יום הצ׳ק אווט הצוות היה מקסים ומאיר פנים. תודה לבחורה המקסימה שנתנה לנו צ׳ק אווט ב13:00 והייתה ממש חמודה :)

מקום מזעזע, היה ריח נורא בחדר של סיגריות, אין בידוד בכלל בחדרים, מישהי הקיאה בקצה המסדרון מאיתנו כולנו שמענו את זה בחדרים שלנו זה היה מזעזע
לא יודעת למה יש תגובות טובות על המקום, חדר בגודל צינוק וזה עוד היה חדר ״משודרג״
לא להגיע!

CUCU BEST OF THE BEST
Pros:

Все просто супер. Начиная с первой минуты на входе, кофе,чай вода,конфеты и все абсолютно бесплатно.
Комнаты (брали 2 cucu с балконом)
Супер чистые и удобные.,сейф, тапочки, халаты,вода в номере
Завтрак отменный рядом в кафе, местоположение самое центральное.Близко всем пабам на Дизенгоф.
Мы тут 3 раз и конечно не последний.
Всему персоналу огромное спасибо!!!!
Вы молодцы, с вами наш отдых прошёл просто безупречно.
