A very smooth, comfortable experience
Pros:

Reception, housekeeping and bar/restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped and spacious with a clean enquire.

Cons:

We really enjoyed our stay. The only small negatives for us were being able to hear other guests and the quality of the bed/bedding. Comfortable enough, but my partner was rolling towards the centre of the bed, which he dislikes.

A real gem!
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located but felt tucked away, which was nice. We were warmly greeted on check-in, and it was really refreshing as it was totally genuine. The staff member really wanted us to have a nice time. The decor was top notch and impeccably clean. Our room 115 was a signature room. It was lovely and quiet, well appointed, and was very comfortable. Everything from the sheets to the pillows was nice. Our breakfast in the morning was delicious. Again, the staff were happy and attentive. The whole hotel was beautiful and all thought out really well. There's plenty of parking, including EV and disabled. We will definitely return and feel like we've found a gem. The staff made a huge difference. I'm sorry I didn't catch the 2 ladies' names on reception.

Extremely enjoyable visit to a birthday celebration with an overnight stay
Pros:

Attended a function in the hotel's Rhyddings Suite. The staff were pleasant and efficient and the food was excellent. The room was very comfortable for an overnight stay and the breakfast was superb.

A comfortable stay in a good location.
Pros:

It was a very comfortable room and very clean. The hotel was quiet. The location was perfect for my needs, and is well situated for local bus routes.

Pros:

This is my second review. Quiet location, facilities for disabled users (except the Italian Restaurant which is down steps)
Warm and friendly staff, nothing too much trouble for them.
Great value for money, Restaurant and bar prices competitive and the food was beautiful.
Will definitely book again when back in this part of England.

Cons:

The Cennetta Restaurant is not wheelchair friendly, but aas a user of 2 crutches, I managed to get down the steps. Manager was very attentive to my situation and seated us appropriately.

Amazing
Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I heard before about this hotel many times, but to be honest I wasn't expecting to be so good as it is. This is one of the most beautiful and clean hotel that I have been lately. I went for a short break with my partner to switch off from busy life and it was lovely. The food is amazing and the staff friendly. I can't wait to re book again.
