Staff was friendly and provided decent service, as long as you didn’t ask concierge type questions
Pros:

This was in a decent location for city sights, and a great location to get to the Paris Lyon train station!

Cons:

This room was tiny. Trying to get into or out of the bathroom with another person in the room was tough.

Hotel was perfect for what we wanted
Pros:

Very handy location next to Gare de Lyon with a wide range of restaurants close by. Room was spotlessly clean. Really good breakfast.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t the best so we had to have the window open all night making it a little noisy

We didn't like our stay and will make sure to never use that hotel again ! To avoid at all costs !
Pros:

We arrived later than planned as our train was delayed but it was still fine.

Cons:

The room looked damaged and dirty.
The cupboard was broken.
There was just one squashed madeleine next to the coffee machine.
The bathroom was the worst! We didn't dare walking without shoes as it was dirty.
No hand soap, we had to use the shower gel.
We also didn't dare using the shower as some hair were stuck around the shower head.
We could hear people talking in the street right next to our window.

Thankfully we only stayed for one night!

Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant, souriant et à l'écoute. La chambre et la salle étaient très propres et le petit déjeuner assez copieux, il ne manquait jamais de rien. Je recommande cet endroit!
