We would certainly use the hotel again in the future
Pros:

Very friendly staff, excellent location for trains from gare de Lyon. Close to restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was very acceptable and the breakfast room was bright and very clean.

Cons:

Our room,302, was rather dark, mainly because of the position of the wardrobe. The glass topped table was rather oversized and its corner could possibly have been dangerous in the dark.

L'hôtel est tres bien placé juste en face de la gare de lyon sur une petite placette. Nous avons été tres bien accueillies et on nous a proposé , Suite à une annulation, de nous surclasser. Merci pour cette attention qui a rendu notre séjour parfait je recommande cet établissement.

A regrettable choice...
Pros:

The location was perfect for us, as we were travelling onwards to Geneva the next morning from Gare un Lyon.

Cons:

When we arrived, there was a vagrant lying outside the hotel...a bad first impression. The bathroom shower was disgusting. The shower curtain was hanging off, the shower tray had obviously been broken and patched. The shower head itself could not hang on the wall and had to be hand-held. The water temperature went from hot to cold every 30 seconds. The sink, despite having no plug, filled up and drained very slowly.
