Un petit hôtel charmant aux portes du parc national des Cairngorms.
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement. Il est situé à la sortie du parc national Cairngorms, donc très pratique pour profiter de ce parc.
Un accueil chaleureux et une nourriture sur place excellente (mention spéciale pour les lasagnes). L'hôtel est calme, les chambres sont spacieuses, mais elles mériteraient un petit rafraichissement.

Cons:

Tout était très bien, mais si je dois donner un élément à améliorer, ce serait les chambres, du moins la décoration qui est un peu datée, et le lit (on sentait les ressorts à certains endroits).
Mais c'est vraiment pas grand chose, nous avons tout de même très bien dormi.

Superb hotel, staff & meal, let down by pillow's choices.

Great staff, hotel & setting.

Cons:

Pillows! Two supplied, one very flat so no support, the other very full & painful for neck. Very difficult to get comfy with either.

Don’t think I will book this again.
Pros:

Secluded area if you want a couple of nights of serenity. At least 15 mins drive away from any decent restaurant. Good for the price.

Cons:

Don’t eat at their restaurant. Food was not fresh at all. Except once they had fresh chicken was ok but otherwise repeated during our stay and it was cold in the middle and reheated and tasted quite old.

Pros:

Beautiful location by the river with outdoor seating. Comfortable, clean room.

Cons:

Great staff except the guy in reception a bit too officious. We booked 6.30 dinner, he said we’d booked 7. Tried to charge us twice for drinks. A bit too self important
