Pros:

Sono stata una notte per un convention, mi serviva proprio questo posto. Per una notte ok, lo staff gentilissimo!
Uscendo a sinistra c’è un bar. Anche se sembra strano, si può fare una colazione lì ))

Convenience and cleanliness👍
Pros:

Affordable price of the clean & comfortable hotel room which is a short walk to eateries and a quick commute to and fro the church that organised the Domunion seminar. The receptionist is very pleasant and forthcoming.

Cons:

The price was lower a few days after I did the booking. But in everything I am grateful in the Lord.

Service of receptionist was good as he is willing to make changes for us even though wrong booking

Location was convenient.

Cons:

The remote control of the TV is not working. and the room has no sufficient space to hang towels. the air condition is not as good. There was a big smell of someone smoking in the room before we came in .

Clean, but overpriced
Pros:

The receptionist is super nice, the room is totally clean.

Cons:

Price of RM120, I consider it overpriced compare to other hotel of similar price range. For instance, no free toiletries, no free tea and coffee, no kettle, no elevators. Lighting was insufficient and dim. They only provide body soap, towels and basic bed. Location to that terrific as well.

Amazing staff and level 2 room/s not great
Pros:

Smit if I get his name right have been very kind to me and my mum and did not charge me more for changing the room as room 9213 is a bit effee (feeling weird)

Cons:

Level 2 rooms right on the far corner is weird. Level 1 is good. Can feel spirits
