Pros:

I liked the fact that the hotel was connected to the bar on one side and the restaurant on the other .. the staff at the restaurant was more than welcoming and as a solo traveller this made my night .. having a sensible conversation with bright young staff ... food was amazing.. I had the duck .. really good.

Disappointed and frustrated

The room was nice, facilities were clean

Cons:

The room was cold, we were informed that the heating was only going to be turned on after the middle of October. We later found we didn’t have any hot water and when we queried this the reception staff told us that it must be due to the boiler issues they were having. No apology just given a card to contact the manager, I wasn’t informed of no hot water during our stay so couldn’t wash. This was a lot of money to spend when we had no heating or hot water on the premises during our stay. I will not be visiting hotel Coco again in the future. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Comfy but, tired & expensive breakfast

Hotel rooms looking tired and in need of decoration. Just little things like dents I. The doors and stains on carpet
Also got charged £17 for tea and toast as there is only a set breakfast price!! Extortionate .... Not everyone wants a full breakfast but you still have to pay for it.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Lovely breakfast and room was tidy

Cons:

A bit noisy as room was above reception and room had some marks on walls and carpet had tea stains near the bin.
