Room a good size and some nice new decor but it was unfinished
No air conditioning and just a cheap fan. Difficult to circulate air and hence poor sleep. Not worthy of a 4 star hotel. Mould in bathroom and window broken

Our Room
It was awful. The decor, the darkness during day and having to have a light on shining through window at night as we had to have a window open at as it was so hot. We could hardly breathe.
Not a proper wardrobe to hang clothes.
Friendly welcoming staff, as always. Clean comfy well equipped assessible room. Good location with parking and close to sea front and the town. Food is always good when we have stayed on several occasions. Able to access the restaurant using ramp provided & the pub garden going around the outside. A fan was provided during hot weather.
Could not get to pub through the hotel to eat one evening when the restaurant was closed as the ramps did not fit the steps, despite kind staff and a helpful pub guests best efforts, but we were then offered to be able to sit in the restaurant to eat. I expect the ramps will be adjusted.
Welcoming smiling helpful staff. Comfy clean well equpped rooms. Great location with parking. Food is always very nice every time we have stayed. Well equipped accessible room. The restaurant and front pub garden is accessible for mobility scooters or wheelchair users.
We could not get to bar through the hotel as the ramps did not fit the steps to gain access for one of our party who uses a mobility scooter but I expect the ramps will be adjusted soon.

The hotel is in a good position to walk to the beach and town.
