Pros:

Nicely refurbished hotel in great location close to town centre and seafront. Great attentive staff and decent MPW restaurant. Special mention to David.

Cons:

Towel radiator in bathroom not working, room was a little chilly although staff provided a heater which helped. Free parking on site but spaces are tight otherwise all good.

Had the best one night stay and have already said we will visit Felixstowe again and stay in the same hotel.
Pros:

Reception staff were very pleasant and polite. We had a slight issue with our TV but the manager tried to help, offered us another room and a free breakfast. Staff on the dining room were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. We were in quick walking distance to the promenade and everything was well kept and clean with modern decor throughout

Electric car charger on site, nice bar great staff and a lovely breakfast

Cons:

The room was well equipped but heating wasn't the best and the TV didn't work and the night porter basically told me to watch TV on my phone

Delightful 😊
Pros:

We loved it all! We were seeing a show at the Spa Pavillion and the hotel is a lovely stroll to the venue especially at night with the seafront lights on.
We were greeted by the charming Grace on reception then to our room (101) which was huge and clean and beautifully decorated and furnished.We didn't use the restaurant this time but it looked wonderful and the menu superb, so if you're in the delightful Felixstowe and looking for somewhere to stay I totally recommend the Coco...

Pros:

I was on room only basis so can't comment on breakfast. Room was clean, with tea making facilities and good size TV.

Cons:

Found it noisy from the restaurant, shower needs a pump although looks lovely didn't have any power, and mattress needs replacing as could feel the springs.

Great place to stay overnight or a few days. We felt looked after by the staff.
Pros:

The room was very big and cosy with plenty of space and a nice lounge tv area. The lighting in the room made it feel more at home than a hotel.
The location was brilliant to reach all amenities including the Spa pavilion, if you wanted to watch a show then this is central for the theatre.

Cons:

Because the room was so big with high ceilings, the heating was not quite adequate enough and we felt cold at times even though the heating was on. Other than that, everything was fine.
