We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Piyalepaşa Istanbul and booked two rooms for our family, including my brother. We were extremely happy with our entire stay.

The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making us feel at home throughout our visit.

We would also like to give special thanks to Esra at the front desk. She helped organize our stay before our arrival, and everything was arranged perfectly. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate all of her support.

Everything exceeded our expectations, from the excellent hospitality to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. A big thank you to Esra and the entire team for making our trip so enjoyable. Great stay with excellent service and convenient location!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay from June 26th to 29th. The check-in process was seamless, which we highly appreciated since we arrived late at night. The lobby is beautiful, and our room was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. They kindly provided an extra bed for our daughter, and it turned out to be incredibly comfortable.
​The location is very convenient — there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and a Starbucks within walking distance. The hotel also offers a great shuttle service to Taksim Square every hour, though it’s also an easy walk if you prefer going by foot. Another highlight was the rooftop restaurant, which offers fantastic views of the city.

Cons:

The only minor issue was the sudden, loud calls to prayer from the nearby mosque, which could be a bit startling, especially the one just before dawn.
