Very big and nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and nice rooms. We were very satisfied.
Nothing and will not recommend to anyone
The staff attitude (bellboy and buffet host and housekeeping)
The ignoring of my calls to front desk and to housekeeping
The sofa bed was broken
The bathroom shower had mold
The lobby location was at a bottom of a hill which makes it hard for old people to go down the stairs everytime they come in
The last 1.5 days a manager started supporting me with my requests and the first 2 days were disasterous and the checkout day experience with bellboy was awful as he raised his boice st me requesting me to put my luggage outside the room by myself to make it easier for him, saying "put out" and he was rude on the check in day when i told him to support me with my luggage
Also the housekeeping knocks on the door in a very loud and disturbing manner and when I tell him one moment, he says loudly and unfriendly: "I'm waiting!"

un peut cher (15 à 20%)par rapport aux prestations d’autre établissement .
l’emplacement ,voie rapide ,accès d’entrée et sortie difficile pour les gens véhiculés.
As there is no Metro/ Tram station nearby, the hotel offers a free shuttle to Taksim every hour. Excellent service.
The breakfast at the hotel is excellent. There are a lot of choices.
I we were there for 6 nights and we booked a half board. The hotel doesn’t offer buffet for dinner but à la carte meals. Poor choices.Starter only soupe and desert: rice pudding or fruits platter. I gave my feedback, let see if they will be upgrade the offer. Very nice and clean restaurant.
The hotel also has a nice rooftop restaurant.
