Hotel und Personal waren gut und sauber. Das Zimmer wurde tgl. gereinigt und die Handtücher wurden tgl. gewechselt.
Die Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist überall pragtisch und möglich.
Hotel hat tgl. Shuttlebus nach Taksim.
Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut. Wellnesbereich war auch gut. Preis-und Leistungsverhältnis ist auch gut.
Im Hotel gab es in der Nacht Feueralarm, da ein Gast im Zimmer geraucht hat- Rauchen ist im Hotel verboten, steht auch überall-.
Alle Gäste ( Ältere, Kranke, Kinder usw.) sind mitten in der Nacht schnell rausgegangen, die Beleuchtung im Garten war sehr dunkel und sind einige gestolpert sogar gestürzt, hier ist die Beleuchtung verbesserungsbedürftig.
Solch ein Gast sollte dann sofort aus dem Hotel entlassen werden, jedoch wurde nicht.

Esra, the manager, was super helpful in arranging a twin room for my parents, who arrived earlier than me. The service was great, and we had a lovely stay. We would definitely come back.
It was a family trip, so as always, we had to accommodate the needs of other family members - but we enjoyed it. In the mornings we would enjoy the breakfast time all together and would meet at the bar in the evening - super nice!
Modern facilities and very clean
Tinted mirrors in room made room darker and difficult to apply makeup

ثانيا وهو الاهم السرير مزدوج ( لا يتسع الى شخصين ) ضيق للغاية

Cand am dat cautare am dat pt cazare cu mic dejuns si cina si ne-a aparut ca este aceasta locatie...am bifat aceasta optiune, dar probabil nu am fot ff atenta si cand am ajuns la hotel au zis ca nu erste nici o masa inclusa...
ca punct negativ este ca mobilierul este vechi...., la toaleta miroase a canal....si produsele de curatenie au un strident miros intepator

Special thank to Esra özpınar Doble Three Manager . I think only this person are truly care about guests. She orange couple show for us and give great recommendations and booked nice restaurants.
We also ask for early check inn and she arranged that for us.
Communicate even when she was on her day off.
We rent two rooms one was ok, in the great condition, but another needs definitely renovation. Room was flooded and look really not in the pleasant condition. Furniture was all covered with white stain same as bathroom counters. So I ask for replacement not room was available in check inn day.. they say room will available to show in afternoon but when we get back to the hotel the duty manager (man) was already out of his work. That was around 4:00pm
Ans since Esra has a day off nobody care !

Morning buffet not gave much verities. Same food everyday.
Went to the spa, to use the pool you need to have a swimming hat, price not fix , the employees give different cost for swimming hat.
And drama start ;))) between them ;))
For me I got my cheapest cost ;)))
