a bit .. Had to stand in front of the desk waiting to check in…. Booking.com shows the pet charge as $50.00, I was charged $75.00

With new updated rooms and the LVP floors, a lot louder than it used to be -- can hear people walking in room above and to the sides.

We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning in the near future.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The property was very quiet with no noise after 10:00 PM. We liked that. Parking is easy and we enjoyed the property and the costs were reasonable.

Cons:

The tube in room 304 is non functional for taking a bath due to the drain plug is the tub does not work. Shower worked great. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The staff and personnel were very friendly and assisted in any way requested. We will stay again.

Enjoyed the hot cookies and room.
Pros:

Great hotel, great location. Near many dining spots, convenient to i-40. Hot cookies were enjoyable. This was a fantastic Hampton Inn, Diamond Member will return.

Fantastic accomodations & hospitality
Pros:

Great facilities, great service and hospitality. James, Night Auditor (Night Manager?) was especially great! He was friendly, loved his job and loved helping guests. Made our stay great!

Cons:

While great that it was renovated and very up to date, the vinyl flooring in the rooms made everything a little louder this time. We've stayed here countless times before (2-3 times/year), but this was the loudest it has been.
