a bit .. Had to stand in front of the desk waiting to check in…. Booking.com shows the pet charge as $50.00, I was charged $75.00

We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning in the near future.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The property was very quiet with no noise after 10:00 PM. We liked that. Parking is easy and we enjoyed the property and the costs were reasonable.

Cons:

The tube in room 304 is non functional for taking a bath due to the drain plug is the tub does not work. Shower worked great. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The staff and personnel were very friendly and assisted in any way requested. We will stay again.

Enjoyed the hot cookies and room.
Pros:

Great hotel, great location. Near many dining spots, convenient to i-40. Hot cookies were enjoyable. This was a fantastic Hampton Inn, Diamond Member will return.

Fantastic accomodations & hospitality
Pros:

Great facilities, great service and hospitality. James, Night Auditor (Night Manager?) was especially great! He was friendly, loved his job and loved helping guests. Made our stay great!

Cons:

While great that it was renovated and very up to date, the vinyl flooring in the rooms made everything a little louder this time. We've stayed here countless times before (2-3 times/year), but this was the loudest it has been.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was good. Friendly courteous personnel.
Good size mirror in bathroom.

Cons:

The lights next to the bathroom mirror were way too dim.
The bathtub faucet leaks.
The back third of the bathtub is scary creaky when stepped on. Maintenance/modifications are needed.

The Hampton inn on McCain Mall blvd i highly recommend it is always nice to feel welcome,safe,and comfortable. I will always choose this location during my stays in Little Rock Arkansas. The atmosphere was very inviting.Once checked in and settled i felt comfortable and at ease. My latest visit i arrived a little late in the midt of a rainy and windy stay inside kinda day that was very cold I was ready to be off the road I got out of the truck and the bright beautiful aura of the room caught my attention first thing hashtag looking like the hotel makeover gone very right then and now episode. Staring all the the wonderful staff family who really gives 100 percent to making sure my families stay was above and beyond .Having someone gaurding ur life at the front entrance with cameras around the entire perimeter at all times makes for a safe cozy nights rest.Fresh smiling faces welcomed us it Smelled very good elevators ran quickly up and down I had to ask the front desk for some help a few times the Man on third shift James I would say is the Hamptons hospitality hero He really cares about keeping every one happy and getting the task done with a excellent attitude never seeming to mind he always helped my family with a smile and that's important to me when finding place to trust with my family in there hands I choose Hamptons Hands NLR is my choice from here on out . five stars from North West Arkansas thanks James Keep on keeping on u deserve a big party and to be celebrated for being outstanding big E for Effort four days of it that I seen on the road home is where the Hampton is

Great staycation!
Pros:

Was a perfect staycation! It was updated and very clean. Even the elevators and hallways smelled clean... no musty odor whatsoever. Bed & pillows were all really comfortable. Very nice breakfast... it was still hotel eggs & sausage but many extras for your waffles, breads or oatmeal - marmalades, choc chips, nuts, raisins, etc & a nice assortment of teas. Will definitely recommend for out of town visitors or come back if I need another staycation!

Cons:

One receptionist wasn't quite so friendly. He never said hi anytime I walked by. Maybe he was having a bad day?
