Okay but I prefer B&B
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean with nice bed. Shower room was compact but functional and clean. It was easy to get in after reception hours.

Cons:

The kettle didn't work properly. Felt a bit like the staff were 'putting in the time' and I thought the price was high for room only with no breakfast option.

Could feel all the springs in the mattress, floorboards were really squeaky, room totally different than pictures. Worst room we have ever stopped in. Also really noisy has room was road side and still has the old sash windows.

Had everything we needed and central location.
Pros:

None, but plenty local cafe. It would be great to have a breakfast option at the hotel in the future as it had a nice big room and would be used for cooked breakfast or cold breakfast for people needing to leave early in morning before 9am

The room was clean and efficient. Everything worked. TV good. Plenty of hot water
