A wonderful stay on the Bosphorus!
Pros:

The Ciragan Palace is certainly one of the best hotels in Istanbul (for sure) and in the world, maintaining the tradition of the palace hotels thanks to the quality of its design, furnitures and service! The view is unique on the Bosphorus and the swimming pool is a must !

Ottimi camerieri in tutte le strutture di ristorazione.
Vista Camera sul Bosforo, bella.
Reception e concierge.,più che perfetti.

Ha perso molto il suo fascino ottomano dopo la ristrutturazione.
Troppi addetti alla sicurezza ,e lungaggini all'ingresso.
Sala breakfast caotica e difficoltà nel buffet.
Camera molto ordinaria, a Istanbul ci sono strutture meno stellate e molto più economiche con camere superlative .Qui , seppur pulitissimo , siamo in stile "vecchio" ,
Di ottomano ha ormai ben poco ,
anche l'enorme dependance ha perso il suo fascino a causa l'utilizzo Mice (concegni),, così come il
corridoio di accesso interno che è almeno trent'anni che non viene rinnovato.

Pros:

Gamze and Bulent went above and beyond with amazing service. Gamze gave us a room upgrade with Bosphorus view, which was very nice.

Breakfast was delicious, with a lovely selection of food and a stunning view of the Bosphorus. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Istanbul. Highly recommended! ❤️🌷

Cons:

We emailed the hotel several times requesting early check-in due to our flight arrival time. However, upon arrival, the staff simply kept repeating that check-in was at 2 PM, without offering any assistance or understanding. We understand hotel policies, but a more welcoming, helpful, and accommodating attitude would have made a big difference.
