Pros:

The hotel was incredibly comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Cons:

I had room service one evening and ordered the 75 euro mixed grill. It was surprisingly very disappointing. Everything else was great.

I liked the property its very nice and clean.

Cons:

Staff could be more welcoming for that amount of money paid - they called us at 12:00 if we can leave room etc. Its not that welcoming.

Luxurious Stay on the Bosporus
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the Bosporus. Luxurious.The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and professional. Our stay included breakfast which was superior. Order the hot chocolate with sticks of chocolate that melt in warm milk. The young ladies serving us were very attentive especially Yasmin, Derin and Yagmur. Our concierge Ugur provided excellent advice on things to do in Istanbul. End your day in the steam room and sauna and pool and your stay will be perfect.

Pros:

Servicii cu adevărat premium. Am avut plăcerea de a vedea respectate standardele Kempinski la cel mai ridicat nivel. M-a surprins grijă deosebită pentru satisfacția clientului. Un mare BRAVO!
