An exceptional hotel – even better the second time
Pros:

This was my second stay at Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul, and once again, the experience was truly exceptional.

There are many beautiful luxury hotels in Istanbul, but Çırağan Palace has something very special. The magnificent location directly on the Bosphorus, the history and elegance of the palace, the beautiful surroundings and the atmosphere make staying here an experience in itself.

What impressed me once again was the level of service and hospitality. The staff are professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming, always making you feel well looked after without being intrusive. Everything is handled with the standard you would expect from a hotel of this level.

The views of the Bosphorus are simply unforgettable, and there is something wonderful about returning to the hotel after a day exploring Istanbul and enjoying such a peaceful and elegant environment.

Having now stayed here twice, I can confidently say that Çırağan Palace Kempinski remains my preferred hotel in Istanbul. It is a place I would happily return to again and one that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and memorable stay.

Thank you to the entire team for another wonderful experience. I look forward to returning for a third stay.

Un espacio de tranquilidad y bienestar en una ciudad que oferta lo contrario.
Pros:

La ubicación no es céntrica pero las vistas al Bosforo y la cercanía a Ortakoy y Dolmabache te localizan en un Estambul más sereno, amplio y pausado, contrapunto de un centro histórico vibrante pero abigarrado y frenético. Múltiples restaurantes de gran nivel. En conjunto, una gran experiencia.

Pros:

El hotel es majestuoso y el servicio es el mejor que tuvimos en mucho tiempo. El servicio de nuestro housekeeper fue impecable, atentos durante todo el día, cada vez que necesitas algo. El personal de todos los sitios es muy amable y atento. En general el hotel está lleno de detalles pensados para que los huéspedes no tengan que preocuparse de nada. También muchas opciones de restaurantes y comida rica.

Cons:

Lo único malo que puedo decir es que ojalá haber estado más días, el sitio es increíble.
