It was a central point from where ever we wanted to go, breakfast was good, why not put some little packs of pancake syrup so wcould take our sausage pancake sandwich apart and have mini pancakes our room was very clean

Convenient location, clean, peaceful & quiet stay.
Pros:

Within walking distance to all the stores in downtown Berlin, across the street from our favorite Berlin coffee shop, clean room, staff at Berlin Heritage Inn (where you check in) were helpful & kind, the stocked fridge with breakfast sandwiches, boiled eggs, homemade bread for toast, coffee & juice machines, cereal, yogurt, and prepackaged pastries for complimentary breakfast was nice.

Cons:

We stayed in the Jacuzzi room and you weren’t allowed to even use bubble bath in it, I would’ve loved that, but didn’t want to risk the damage fee. Housekeeping ignored our dirty towels outside our door for over 24 hrs and never serviced our request for clean washcloths/towels. A front desk worker at Berlin Heritage Inn had to bring them from the other end of town for us. We wished the fridge in the room was bigger (our fridge was even smaller than what was pictured in the listing), it barely held our cheese, 2 cans of pop, ice packs, and yogurt we brought from home.

The hotel wasn't why we came to Berlin. It was to see the area and visit a friend.
Pros:

It was very handy to go out and come back as there was a service road behind the hotel and all the way down the main street. We could get in and out without getting onto the main traffic route.

Cons:

Band played for two hours on Friday night and they were right behind our room. Not good. We had to drive out of town to the place where we had to check in. There were no housekeeping person on site at all other than breakfast. If we needed something we had to put it on paper and drop it in a box downstairs. There was no paper TV Guide in the room. Had to search for that on the TV and there was one for upper channels and one for the locals. SMH.
