Ubicación excepcional y trabajadores atentos.
Pros:

Pese a cerrar la recepción a las 20h y nuestro vuelo retrasarse, nos pusimos fácilmente de acuerdo para poder hacer el check in.
La ubicación era excepcional.

Cons:

Se nota que es un edificio muy antiguo por lo que hay ruido aunque sea el simple hecho de caminar o tirar de la cadena. No dificulta dormir.

La ubicación y el personal de recepción muy amables

Cons:

The staff were very sweet and helpful. We had an early morning flight and accidentally left a box of handmade chocolates that my dad had made in the hotel refrigerator. The staff wasn’t even scheduled to start until 10:00 AM, but they went out of their way to come in around 7:00 AM so we could retrieve them before leaving for the airport.

Cons:

There was no AC so it would get a little hot.

Knus oud hotel met vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt.
Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is fantastisch, het hotel zit middenin het centrum van Brugge in een rustig straatje. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en redelijk uitgebreid, duidelijk met veel zorg klaargemaakt. Het pand is oud en de mooie details ervan zijn nog goed te zien.

Cons:

Het hotel heeft helaas geen airco en de ventilator die in de kamer aanwezig was is niet zo sterk en geeft dus niet voldoende verkoeling op hete dagen.

Советую! Администрация в лице девушки Анны,все рассказала,объяснила,посоветовала. Оставила море приятных впечатлений. Удобное расположение, ко всем историческим достопримечательностям подать рукой. Уютный номер,в котором есть все необходимое. Так же есть завтраки,шведский стол. Рекомендую!
