Pros:

Советую! Администрация в лице девушки Анны,все рассказала,объяснила,посоветовала. Оставила море приятных впечатлений. Удобное расположение, ко всем историческим достопримечательностям подать рукой. Уютный номер,в котором есть все необходимое. Так же есть завтраки,шведский стол. Рекомендую!

Perfect for active guests who need a base near where things are happening
Pros:

Great location, and I love its 19th century interior. Very quiet inside, breakfast was acceptable, plenty of dining options nearby too.

Cons:

Nothing anyone can actually fix - the tarmac roof outside our window radiating heat, we didn’t really have a view.

Hôtel situé en plein cœur de Bruges, à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique, des restaurants et des cafés, environnement calme. Chambres pas très grandes mais bien aménagées. Petit-déjeuner continental de bonne qualité. Accueil très sympa.
Bon rapport qualité-prix pour un séjour de quelques jours à Bruges.

Cons:

Attention aux escaliers pour les gens ayant des difficulté de mobilité : ils sont raides...

Small quaint hotel with no air conditioning close to city centre. Avoid staying here in the heat.
Pros:

Great location close to city square. Hotel is very small and quaint in an old converted building.

Cons:

Room 8 was on the second floor of a spiral 40 step staircase. Doorway was tight and difficult to open. Room was small with full windows allowing afternoon sun to heat room to unbearable temperatures. With no air conditioning sleep was difficult. Open windows means street noise replaces heat and makes sleep difficult. Amenities are basic.

We were made to feel welcome and the staff left a small gift of a bar of chocolate in the room for my birthday.
