Nice place to stay half way to Orlando

Construction zone, Saturday working constructions site. Cigarette butt in the bathroom, room smells like smoking

The room had a strong smell of dampness and there was mildew on the curtains. The staff was friendly and the lobby area was clean. Wouldn’t be my first choice next time but we were late booking so had to take what we could get.

Room was clean but had a smell of moisture. The outside of the building is being replaced. It was hard to tell where to enter the building. The front desk assistant was very nice.

Check in great customer service. Room clean and quiet. Shower great. Dog friendly. Hotels.com need to alert us about $26 per dog fee!!!

The hotel is in a good location for Lake Point.

Friendly staff

Although my stay was only one night, everything from the proximity from/to the highway, cleanliness of the grounds, quick and friendly check-in, comfortable room and amenities to the excellent breakfast. Truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return on my next trip through the area.

Always a clean great stay

We stay at this hotel quite often we never have any issues. The front desk receptionist is so nice and friendly!! This is oud go to hotel I would recommend to any one.

Staff was helpful

Overall descent stay, no complaints. Staff need to keep an eye on the shower in 114, look like mold is growing.

Busy area, but quiet enough to sleep. Comfortable. Could use some cleaning behind night stands, but generally clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was great, nice variety. Beds comfortable, rate was very reasonable, staff nice. Impressed with first stay at Sleep Inn.

Would give this 5 stars however we had to wait almost 50mins before someone showed up at front desk to get us checked in. Then the keys we received didn’t work. So over all it took us nearly two hours after arriving on property to get into our room, due to staff issues. Facilities was clean, and morning staff was very helpful. Breakfast was fully stocked and hot. Area around hotel was great.

Convenient to ballfields

The staff is great, but the elevator actually buckled my knees it is so rough when it stops. The bathroom floor grout was pretty gross.
It seemed clean overall, but because of bathroom floor, it definitely made me wonder. Location is convenient.

Elevator makes awful noises, and makes you wonder if it works! 3rd floor hallway smelled like smoke, and the stairwell smelled like rotten food. Room was clean, beds comfortable, but it smelled musty. Hotel definitely needs a refresh!! Homeless lady was wandering around in parking lot. Not sure how this place has a 9.0 rating.
