When I checked in I was greeted by Danielle, she made it very easy and she had a wonderful demeanor! Im coming in from New Jersey and will book again!

Friendly staff
Pros:

Stayed at this property several times. The staff here are the stars of the show. Both nights the front desk staff gladly and professionally handled a couple needs during our stay.

They assisted us with a room change (reservation came through with wrong room type) and then on another stay , offering a brand new slip mat for the bath tub. Danielle was especially helpful for recommending late night restaurant options. She also reminded us of Hilton bonus point promotions (rare for staff to mention). Breakfast staff always friendly and accommodating. Housekeepers in hallways all smiling and wishing you a good day.

Pros:

Love this place. This is my go to when in Town. Colleen and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The pool is always warm and the rooms clean.

Staff were rude. We asked for late checkout and they were knocking on the door at 1045 saying we had to leave. We had gotten approval for late checkout.

There was pubic appearing hair in the “clean bathroom” upon arrival, floors dirty with debris in the corners and under the sink.

Super friendly staff.

Cons:

That I had to pay a parking fee. The cost of the hotel was already on the higher end compared to other hotels near there. Also the breakfast was not as good as it could har been. Scrambled eggs were runny and potatoes were soggy.
