Great stay at Berlin Heritage Inn.
Pros:

Everything was great! Updated, clean and great location. Staff was ready to help with anything needed.
Breakfast had a good variety... The view out the back of the hotel was the best part. We could lay in our beds and watch the horses and buggies going about their day.

Cons:

There was no microwave in the room but there were 2 in the dining room you could use..
The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan.

Why is there only one comfy chair in the room?
No evening snacks provided. Previous owners put out chips, cookies, popcorn, etc. for guests to congregate and enjoy.

Quiet, clean, coffee/ tea 24/7 and location

Cons:

We asked for handicap room but there was nothing accessible in our room. Fortunately only 1 night, as my husband was unable to take a shower safely and no grab bar to assist getting off VERY LOW TOILET. Also, not enough handicap parking.

Beautiful quiet location in a cul de sac but close enough to walk to local shops.

I liked how the staff handled the tornado warning and being concerned for our safety and knocked on each door asking each one to head for the basement. We were comfortable as the storm passed.

Staff wasn’t friendly at all. And people staying in units beside us evidently had more then one car so no parking had to park at side of building. Should be one car per room and additional guest should park in side parking
