Historic but Modern Hotel with Secure Parking
Pros:

Hotel staff was nice. The male front desk person helped us with our luggage. Parking was in a secure building which was cool. Room was spacious and modern. I liked the paintings and artwork in the hallways. Restaurant next door was a pub which served breakfast and I liked the options. I would stay here again and I felt like I got the historic hotel experience but with a modern touch.

Cons:

I think there could have been signage directing hotel guests to the breakfast area since many guests didn't know what to do for breakfast. We were standing there wondering if there was supposed to be staff serving us breakfast. I also think that when you check in, that the hotel staff could give you a paper for amenities that they have, parking, etc. Organization could have been better.

As for the rooms, I was able to hear footsteps from the floor above us and it was a bit unsettling.

Pros:

Very enjoyable stay I wish breakfast was more like a hot plate continental then reheating breakfast burritos in a microwave. But I like the room and ambiance.

Pros:

The hotel has a lot of character and charm of a historic property. The staff was helpful and very pleasant upon check-in. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very convenient and the burritos were absolutely fantastic.

Cons:

There were some large stains on the carpet throughout the suite that really need to be addressed or carpet fully replaced. This alone made the property seem unclean, although kitchen/bathroom seemed fine. Note that there were no dishes or means to cook in the kitchen. We didn't need anything, but someone else may assume that the kitchen is fully stocked.

Great value for a lovely, historic hotel
Pros:

Great location, great decor, easy check-in/check-out, breakfast surpassed our expectations considering its a continental....great, creative hot options, efficient staff and great parking.

Cons:

Bed was terrible...got no sleep.
Kitchenette space was nice, we didn't book this room for that purpose, however, with a kitchenette I would've expected plates?

This just became our most favorite historical hotel in Montana. We travel a lot and this is an absolute 10.
Pros:

Great Boutique historical hotel. Very modern, beautifully redone with lots of artwork. Squeaky clean, covered parking and great location.

Cons:

Nothing.

Cons:

Windows didn't open at all. The continental breakfast was particularly bad.

Would visit again, would want a room with a view / window. Would be nice to have a door for shower.
Pros:

The historic feel and decor of the hotel. The location. The staff. Not busy at all.

Cons:

Shower didn’t have a door / curtain - water was lukewarm. Room did not have a window or view. Sink drained very slow. Coffee maker did not work. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Room was stuffy.
