Very disappointed...won't go back
Pros:

Room n hallways smelled musty...pool cold n dirty settlement on bottom...couldn't use...breakfast area messes by others before us not cleaned up

Run down theme rooms.
Pros:

The theme was ok, but massively outdated.

Cons:

Paint was pealing away from walks, stuff looks dirty, hot tub wouldn't work properly, shower didn't work properly either. Bed was rock hard. Hear people upstairs thumping around all night loudly. Broken glass. Broken vents.

No me gustó que cuando entré al cuarto olía a puro cigarro y la camas estaban bien sucias tenían chinches y cucarachas. Se supone que cuando están dando un cuarto de hotel tienen que tener todo limpio y un buen servicio y no tuvimos ninguna de los dos

Pros:

Price, clean and not bad for just sleeping a few hours, shower and leave. Could use some upgrades but Reasonable prices supersedes the upgrades. Rooms are decent, frig and microwave, iron and board, those things are important to us.

Cons:

The wobbly toilet stool. Room 121 the 2 times we stayed in the same room and it's never been addressed, still the same.
I didn't complain, I was only there for the night. Guess I should have mentioned it.

Not pleasant
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

So many things! The toilet didn't flush very well, and the fan in the bathroom was very loud. The microwave works but the center plate doesn't turn. The fridge made my drinks freeze and one exploded so we had to clean up that mess. The pillows weren't great either, had to use 2 for any comfort. Lastly there was a cockroach, and so I double checked our stuff before leaving.

A Treasure In Small Town Iowa!
Pros:

The room was amazing. The Crystal Cave room was more than we were honestly expecting. The set-up and decor in the room were so well done. It's hard to think that such a place would be available by the look of the outside of the hotel.

Cons:

The only issues we had was that the bed itself wasn't very comfortable and the sauna in the room didn't heat up as expected.

Amazing hotel for the money
Pros:

This was a extremely nice hotel for the money. The room was amazing and the facility was delaying the service. Customer services excellence. Bonus the mexican restaurant next doors had amazing seafood and the best bloody mary's I have ever had..

Cons:

The only issue I had was other people seemed to slam their doors quite a bit..
