Hyatt Place Cleveland/Westlake/Crocker Park

I was really happy with it. It’s an expensive Hyatt place both in cash and points so it was our first time staying. You can see why it’s pricier after going- it just feels more upscale throughout. Some I can’t describe how- just very nicely appointed lobby etc. But some you could- like nice fresh fruit at breakfast and lemon water and coffee available through the day. All the staff were great and proactively helpful. Just a nice stay. The outdoor mall has every possible amenity that you might need. Tip if you have kids to go up to Huntington Beach area about ten minutes away

I have stayed at many Hyatt Place hotels and this was the first time the staff personally texted me prior to my stay and answered questions before check in. This saved me a phone call and I really appreciated it. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Best staff of any hotel I have stayed at in a long time.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good. Adjacent to very nice shopping area which is very convenient. Also, has a nice bar in the lobby.

It is a great Hyatt hotel. The staff members were very kind and helpful!! They offer more than we anticipated. For sure, we will be back if we are in town again!

Perfect location, nice rooms

Excellent location, staff, and experience. The staff really takes pride in their work here. We are always greeted warmly upon arrival and check in staff were delightful. The hotel is spotless and always being cleaned. The breakfast is great and regularly replenished throughout the morning. And the location is easy to find a place for a bite to eat. All around, this hotel exceeds our expectations every time we stay here.

Conveniently located off the turnpike and in Crocker Park with lots of food, shopping and entertainment options, this Hyatt Place is well staffed and in good shape. Our bathroom was pristine. Having just stayed at another Hyatt Place, I missed the sanitized wrapper on the remote and a couple of other details (like the breakfast options).
The indoor pool is tiny - good for a dip but not for a lap (maybe two strokes and you’ve reached the other side).
The staff is very friendly and front desk was so accommodating for a later checkout. I’m finding more and more that hotels don’t want to do that but there was a vicious thunderstorm moving through.
We will stay there again when passing through.

Great location within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Nearby parking was included. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious hot breakfast. Highly recommend.

Good hotel with a great location in the Westlake area, offering plenty of nearby attractions, restaurants, and activities within easy reach. Average breakfast, average facilities. Was expecting much better

The location. We could walk to everything the location was the best part. They had our room ready early so that was also very nice we didn't have to wait till 3pm.

Excellent location. Very clean and quiet. Excellent bed ! Poor internet for the television. Had to call the front desk twice just to try to watch the tv.
