It was comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Loved it. We just wish we could afford more tsays.
Pros:

We have never had a disappointing reservation with Hyatt. We haven't stayed with Hyatt for a couple of years. We were pleased that our membership was still active and, thus, had our breakfast taken care of.

Cons:

We stayed on Friday night and wanted to stay for Saturday, but your rates for Saturday were out of our range for payment.

Excellent as always!
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room, quiet, good view. I love the handicapped room and the flavored water by the elevators. I was always greeted with hello with every exit and entry. I love the whole Crocker experience!! Close free parking was easy and safe! Great water pressure, nice air conditioning, comfy beds. Like the blackout & gauzy curtains!

Pros:

Amazing location, staff were very friendly and helpful, pool and workout room were great.

Cons:

The pool was small, no hot tub, breakfast was good but very simple, I would’ve liked to see a more diverse breakfast maybe some biscuits and gravy or something.
