Pros:

Prachtig pand en geweldige inrichting. Heel authentiek. Leuk ook dat we ontbijt op de kamer kregen geserveerd, daardoor konden we nog meer van het hotel genieten (er is geen gemeenschappelijke ruimte, maar dat heb je ook niet nodig met de grote en mooie kamer). De locatie is ook top.

Cons:

Het personeel was wat onervaren, kwam over alsof het een student was die dit als bijbaantje deed.

Чудесен избор за кратък престой при пътуване в двойка! Градът е прекрасен!
Pros:

Хотелът се намира на много добро място! Близо до повечето централни забележителности!
Сградата е стара и много красива, а гледката е чудесна! Мястото се усеща много романтично! Препоръчвам за пътуване в двойка! Стаята е чиста!
Ние не се възползвахме от закуската, но стаята предлага всички условия да си я приготвиш сам. В близост има хранителен магазин.
Има заден двор, който се заключва и в него спокойно паркирахме нашите колелета под наем!

Cons:

Ние бяхме настанени в стая F, която е развита на две нива.
Случихме на необичайно топло време за края на май (30 градуса) и в стаята беше много горещо! Липсата на климатик и нагрятия покрив направи спането на втория етаж невъзможно! Беше оставен вентилатор, който не свърши никаква работа. За пътуване с дете не препоръчвам точно тази стая, тъй като стълбата е много стръмна.
Относно не/удобствата:
Имахме оставена кафе машина в стаята, но тя не работеше и не беше заменена с друга, въпреки че питахме няколко пъти на персонала. Има съдомиалня, но няма консумативи за нея, така че няма как да се ползва.

Great location
Good breakfast in room

Cons:

Very expensive price for a mediocre room, overlooking staff smoking area, rooms were with old tired furniture and tacky fixtures,We could hear other residents talking through wall, no fire safety standards that I could see.
Old worn towels, kitchen never restocked, had to ask.
Our kitchenette bin wasn’t emptied for 5 days, no mattress protector on bed.
This was simply a home job b&b at 5 star hotel fees.

Необычный атмосферный отель с видом на канал
Pros:

Отель находится на отдалении от шумных туристических улиц. Он довольно необычный - много антиквариата и интересных вещиц. Вид из окон у нас был на канал, это добавило особой атмосферы отдыху. В номере есть много капсул для кофе и чая, посуда и приборы, мини-плита и раковина. Просто великолепный чистый санузел, огромная чистая ванна, хороший фен. Восхитительный завтрак в номер - все было свежим и горячим, сделанным специально под нас к нужному времени - круассаны невероятные!

Cons:

Персонала на стойке никогда нет, дозвониться и заселиться - это квест. Номер был немного уставшим. Лифта нет, лестница довольно крутая.

Frühstück auf dem Zimmer, sehr schöne barocke Einrichtung, Badezimmer modern! Sehr schönes Hotel an der Oudegracht, top Lage.

Cons:

Ein kleines Manko war der Hinterhof, sehr ungepflegt.

Wonderful, but disappointed initially
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely charming and located along the canal in a very lively and desirable part of the city.

Cons:

We had booked two separate rooms; one of our party was given a downstairs room which was (compared to the upstairs rooms) of a very different standard - bar fridge on floor, a piece of raw plywood shielding the fireplace, a repurposed meat cleaver for bathroom door handle and other issues.
Thankfully, a new upstairs room was assigned the following day. So, make sure you are upstairs!

Bijzonder verblijf
Pros:

De kamer was prachtig , vooral als je van deze stijl houdt. Uitzicht op de gracht en heerlijke bedden. Je waant je echt even terug in de tijd maar met slaapcomfort van nu. Koffie en thee op de kamer, dit vind ik altijd een dikke plus. Het hotel ligt in een leuke buurt.

Cons:

Behalve de kamer verdiend het hotel wel een opknapbeurt. De sfeer is prachtig maar er is wat achterstallig onderhoud. Weinig tot geen contact met personeel. Ontbijt was erg lekker maar de porties niet ruim en de kaas had iets te lang buiten de verpakking gelegen. Wij hadden een kamer met bad genomen maar het water was koud. Aan het begin wel iets warm maar al snel werd het koud. Jammer.
Voor ons viel de afstand vanaf het station nog wel een beetje tegen maar dat ligt meer aan ons.

Pros:

I really like the canal view. The neighborhood is picturesque, quiet, and very close to an Albert Heijn (grocery store) and the Miffy museum. A bit far to walk to Utrecht Central, but we found much closer to use the Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn station even if it meant a transfer at Central. I really appreciate that the room had a mini fridge to keep drinks cold. The bed / sheet / blankets are super soft.
