Enkel als je van een zeer hard bed en kussen houd.
Pros:

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en achter het inchecken krijg je een lokker met pijama, slippers en handdoeken. Dit process was zeer aangenaam en eenvoudig. De prijs was ook ontzettend goedkoop voor een overnachting.

Cons:

De capsule heeft geen mogelijkheid voor een wekker (op basis van licht) op te zetten, en je mag niet je wekker op je telefoon gebruiken vanwege geluidsoverlast voor de andere gasten. Verder was het bed en vooral het kussen steen hard, doorheen al de verbijven waar ik heb verbleven in Japan en daarbuiten heb ik nog nooit zo een hard en oncomfortabel kussen gehad. Aangezien de capsule enkel met een gordijn gesloten wordt kan je geluidsoverlast van andere gasten ondervinden, maar ze voorzien hiervoor oordopjes waardoor ik dit zeker geen probleem vond.

部屋が清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。
スタッフの対応が丁寧で、安心して滞在できました。
設備も充実していて満足できました。

部屋の防音性がやや低く、周囲の音が気になりました。
Wi-Fiの接続が不安定で、利用しづらい時間帯がありました。
混雑しており、ゆっくり利用することができませんでした。

システムも簡潔でわかりやすく、清潔感もあり、快適に過ごせました。館内着の返却だけは何故かフロントになっており、館内にまとめられているゴミ箱やタオルの返却場所の隣にあればなお良かったです。
外出時にはキーを預けるシステムで、防犯上の安心感がありました。

Cons:

備え付けのシャンプー、トリートメント、ボディーソープもシンプルなボトルで素敵なもの（タマノハダシリーズ・05フィグ）でしたが、香りが強く、好き嫌いが分かれるかと思います。以前使用していて香りを知っていましたが、久しぶりに使用し、しやはり強すぎて苦手な事を思い出しました（笑）個人の感想です。
