FRESH INN HOTEL

It’s clean. Older, rooms are sparse and lamps coming off the walls. A strong sewer smell came through during the night. Beds are hard. Really rooms are nothing special, But breakfast good, people nice.

Friendly, efficient and helpful staff!

Good location as clsoe to the beach and walkable to the night market. Staff was excellent particlularly the front desk and also the night security guard. He always was very friendly. The restuarant attached to the hotel had really good food.

I had a poor experience at the fresh inn. At arrival during check in the hotel manager pointed out we had an extra guest which is 3 in 1 room. I said yes but I booked and paid for 3 bit the team still said they are not aware and room is not ready for 3 and I have to pay extra to add a bed. I said whatever do ehat you have to do I booked for 3 and I will check myexpedia receipt.
At check out they asked me to pay extra so I show them my receipt and they apologize but the room was not proper for 3
Breakfast was OK just good enough, bed was comfortable enough,
internet wifi was terrible and unacceptable this was the deal breaker that I will never stay here or recommend this hotel 5o anyone. Couldn't get wifi to save my life very patchy on and off in a small room.
Water pressure on sink was poor couldn't wash my face
AC was still manual dial turn couldn't get it right
The deal breaker is the wifi you will not have internet access without a Thai data, I never review after 50 stays in other hotels around the world but this one got me good with trying to charge extra guest fee when I already paid and room is not ready for 3 when you advertise and I booked a room that sleeps 3, they had 3 days to check Expedia but nobody bothered and insist I still need to pay extra guest fee at checkout when all they had to do was call Expedia or check the receipt which they overlooked or whatever it's not the customer fault, its between the hotel and Expedia to handle that funding issue if any

Good overall hotel. Loud at night from nearby bars and could do with better more blackout type curtains

The staff were fantastic very polite and helpful, they all gave great service. The food from the restaurant and including the breakfast was delicious , fresh cooked as requested and was too a high standard. My wife and I really enjoy our stay … thank you fresh inn hotel.

Excellent location

Friendly staff located in area where you can shop eat & have fun. Walking distance to the beach. Beds are big & very firm but comfortable. Nice pillows also.
Clean hotel breakfast was pretty good.
Offering American breakfast or Thai as well as coffee tea & a few different juices

Excellent location

Staff great. We arrived 1am and a lady stayed back to ensure our check in was quick and easy. A handicapped friend got special treatment.

I cannot fault this place for location and quality of staff.

I had booked one week and extended for a second. The hotel is small and very comfortable. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast choice is amazing (I will miss my Thai green curry for breakfast). There is lots of dining around the hotel. Easy access to beach. He hotel does provide water in the room in refillable glass bottles not plastic.

Hotel was very nice. Restaurant was great. Every staff member I met was accommodating and friendly. It was located in a very convenient area for any thing you need within walking distance.

I fooled one week and extended for a second week. Staff at front desk are very helpful; Chompoo on the front desk was an amazing help for local information. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Rooms clean, beds and pillows good. The location is excellent, beach, good dining, and bars. I have been in hotels for the last 3 months and this is my favorite.
