Posizione perfetta per vedere il Taj Mahal si vede anche dalla terrazza , ottima la colazione , camere accoglienti moderne con tutto il necessario , ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo .

Great service and hospitality
Everything right from the breakfast to dinner, cleanliness of rooms and other areas was simply great! A wonderful place to stay.
All the staff were very helpful. There was a real sense that nothing was a problem they couldn't solve.
I didn't use the swimming pool since it was disappointing in size
This is a decent 4-star hotel. Accessibility is good, with a few stalls and shops within walking distance. The cleanliness of the hotel was well maintained, and the staff were excellent - respectful, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay.
The breakfast was enjoyable as well. The buffet offered a good variety of options, primarily Indian cuisine, along with additional selections that added some diversity, such as a cheese platter, pastries, and other bakery items.
The only downside was that some of the fruit served at breakfast tasted as though it was no longer fresh. However, this was not a deal breaker and did not significantly affect the overall experience
Well mannered staff. It was crowded and chaotic in managing the troops of foreigners during breakfast.

De kamer en de bedden waar goed, alles zag er netjes en schoon uit. Wij hadden volpension en het enigste wat ik op kan merken is dat bij het buffet er iets meer zaken no spicy mogen zijn maar dat is persoonlijk.

Our stay at Grand Mercure Agra was truly memorable from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and excellent service.
The room was spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were thoughtfully arranged and every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. After long days of sightseeing, it was always a pleasure to return to such a relaxing and welcoming room.
What truly made our experience special, however, was the outstanding service provided by the staff. Every team member was warm, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we felt at home.
A special note of appreciation goes to Mr. Satish (the chef) whose passion and dedication were evident in every meal. The food was consistently delicious and his personal touch made dining a delightful experience.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Naveen and Mr. Saleindra for their exceptional hospitality, professionalism and genuine care. Their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every opportunity left a lasting impression on us. Thank you.
