Everything was perfect, thanks to the warm and helpful staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel. We were warmly welcomed at check-in. The room was very clean and the location is great. All the staff were kind, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of selections—kudos to Chef Satish and Abhay, they were very professional and helpful. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back again.

Cons:

The wifi was a bit slow, but the staff were helpful and tried to fix the issue.

Pros:

Emplacement face a la station de metro et à 10 mn du Taj Mahal. Petit dej buffet complet.

Cons:

Chambre qui sentait le renfermé. Salle de bain basique. Hotel très touristique, bon pour une nuit

Pros:

We were welcomed with warm greetings and nice beverages. Services proved by all staff was excellent and provided information about places to visit. All in all was a wonderful stay

Classiest hotel to date on my travels and truly gutted when I had to leave!
Pros:

The staff and their level of professionalism, mixed in friendliness was in PERFECT proportion! The 3 (yes! 3) restaurant were simply fantastic of each he highest quality. The rooftop bar has views to die for and the room were of the highest ordered and attended every day. There’s simply is not enough superlatives to cover this place which explains why I had to leave after 3 nights as they were simply booked full!

Cons:

Obviously this is just splitting hairs but I thought the pool might be a tad warmer that high up and some electronic mosquito deterrent wouldn’t go amiss on the roof in the evenings

Let me begin by thanking Team Grand Mercure Agra for a fabulous stay. From check-in to check-out, staff eagerness to help us and make us feel welcome and comfortable, you all deserve a big 'Thank you'.

As it was my friend's first trip to India, I wanted it to be special. Also, one of my friends was celebrating her 50th birthday. So grateful to the staff at the tea lounge and breakfast room for preparing a cake for us and letting us celebrate her special moment in her dream destination, the land of Taj Mahal.

The small gestures make a big difference and your team definitely made us feel special.

Great retreat for seeing the Taj Mahal
Pros:

The property is a great location, with a beautiful roof top pool that has views of the Taj Mahal. The buffet breakfast and dinner were fantastic and the mattresses were very soft.
