Excellent Stay with Great Hospitality
Pros:

Had a very pleasant stay at Grand Mercure Agra. The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and conveniently located. The staff was courteous, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options and the overall service quality was excellent. The property provides a relaxing atmosphere and made our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

The stay was overall very good. However, the vallet process could have been a little quicker during peak hours. Apart from that, everything met our expectations

Everything about the hotel was good. The staff, the room, the food. Everything was good.

Cons:

Only thing that was sort of a problem was the hand-shower-bidet thing, which should have been on the right side of the commode, was on the left.
