The location was great. The suite was nicely decorated and big enough.
Room cleaning the 1st day which had 2 bugs in the room.
The welcome was not a 5 star one and delayed check-in.
We arrived after a long trip at 8pm and still had to wait as they were cleaning etc...
I would not give a 5star to this hotel as service is not worth it.
The breakfast ok and taste could be better.

The hotel is really nice. The staff is very helpful, to the point that I needed some things from the pharmacy but it was a bit late to get them myself. I asked reception and the manager ordered them for me to be delivered to the hotel. I payed for the thing of course, but extremely helpful. Another thing we really loved is the food. Breakfast is really good and we also order room service and the food was really good. We also asked the hotel to help us get a driver to return to Delhi, and they got us a really nice driver for a fair price.

Un’oasi di pace fuori dal caos della città, posizione comodissima per Taj Mahal e comunque a una buona distanza anche dal centro di Agra. Servizi impeccabili e personale molto gentile. Stanza perfetta.

Echt een super hotel.
I liked everything about my stay, especially the food at the Sky Grill restaurant on the rooftop.
The Pad Thai noodles were simply perfect. As I am gluten intolerant, I was a little worried because I thought the chef might not know that normal soy sauce often contains gluten. I usually use gluten-free soy sauce, but while travelling in India I hadn’t even thought to ask for it. To my surprise, everything was absolutely perfect!
The taste was excellent, the cooking was perfectly timed, and the vegetables were cut to the right size and remained crunchy and tasty. Everything was mixed with a special sauce that looked like soy sauce, but apparently wasn’t. It was really delicious.
All the staff up there were excellent: motivated, smiling, happy and very polite.
They even made fresh bread for me at dinner and a gluten-free cake for breakfast, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch.
The entrance hall, the flowers, the reception staff, and the breakfast selection were also perfect. Everything was beautifully taken care of.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
The only thing that disappointed me a little was the swimming pool. I understand that this is part of the local culture, but unfortunately I couldn’t really enjoy it because the pool was very busy with local people,childrens fully dressed inside the swimming pool and the space is quite small and there wasn’t even a sunbed available. However, the view from the rooftop, with the Taj Mahal right in front, was absolutely magnificent.
Amazing hotel with 5 star service. Right in the heart of town, with views to the Taj Mahal from the higher floors, though somewhat obstructed by the train station platform. The price was unbeatable at about $30 USD a night and adding breakfast buffet was just another $2. Comfortable spacious room and really excellent experience.
