Swiss-Belinn Karawang

Pretty good hotel. Friendly services. Room ia spacious (booked a suite). Pity for a suite they still only give you 2 bottle of mineral water. My room (1022) was next to staff room..pretty noisy. Elevator all wet as people coming back from pool. They should be told to dry up first. Recommended.

Best experience , we like to breakfast at here and i love teh view, also the pool its the best pool at the town.
And the toilet is clean

the room is quite good, food is average, hospitality nice, but the facility don't, the lift is bad made illness to my head, the gym area is spooky & quiet, the gym equipment incomplete. Swimming pool area have a good vibes to chill,drink with smoke but unfortunately at 10 pm was closed.

The room is clean and the service is awesome. Definitely my choice of hotel whenever I come for business visit at Kerawang.

The hotel’s location in Karawang is super convenient, especially since it’s close to the train station. The rooms are big and come with Android TVs, which is great for couples and families. Even though it’s a 3-star hotel, it has an infinity pool, which was a really nice surprise. If you’re driving, the parking area is huge, so you don’t have to worry about running out of space. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back next time I’m in Karawang.

Staying at the Swiss Belinn Hotel was truly a pleasure. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the service was excellent, and the restrooms were clean. Perfect for both solo travelers and families. We highly recommend staying here.

We got free upgrade room from superior to deluxe. The deluxe room is large and comfort. The swimming pool is good for swim with 1.2 m depth. They have sauna but not free. The menu for breakfast not so many and the taste is flat.

De service is altijd super. Iedere vraag wordt netjes beantwoord. Mijn dochter was ziek, en ze waren zo behulpzaam. Echt super fijn.
Mijn zoon heeft iedere dag gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad om af te koelen, omdat het in Karawang echt warm is.

Nice and quite hotel, will definitely comeback and stay here again. Not far from the city center and easy to go anywhere in karawang

Because I had a wedding invitation and had to stay overnight in this city. There were many options but I chose this hotel.
The location is right in the middle of the city, near culinary but the restaurant cuisine is quite good. I like the swimming pool, you can see the street directly. Clean room with a good view of the city from the 10th floor.
Impressed by the hospitality of the staff, upon arrival was greeted by Mrs Lupita and escorted by the Duty Manager who was very helpful at that time. Thank you FO teams

Excellent hotel, close to city center, nice breakfast also just suggestion: in front of gym, the wooden floor is made of gutter so that rainwater can be automatically flows then there is no puddle when people enter and exit the gym,

I had a bad experience from check-in. Registered early and waited for the time to check-in but the staff were not attentive and forgotten about me. Then came the room. The toilet were dingy and the drainage don’t work. The whole toilet flooded after a shower. While I proceed to explore the nearby areas, I told the front desk that I have issues with the room. And they assured me to send someone to sort it out. Since I am going out, I told them no rush but get it sorted. When I came back the water had receded but the toilet was not cleaned. So I went down again to tell the front desk that the toilet smell really bad after the drainage issue. And they assured me that they will send housekeeping to my room. After waiting a long while, no housekeeping staff came. So I tried calling the front desk to check but no one answered. So I had to go down again to the front desk to inform them. At this point I was really agitated. So another front desk staff suggested that I change room. To get this sorted quickly I agreed.

After settling in the new room which was lucky enough just next door, I decided to go down to meet up with some local friends. Unfortunately the lift was not working. I waited for almost 30mins for the lift.

In conclusion. If you are looking for a 4/5 star hotel facilities that is cheap, then this is the place. But regardless of the price, a standard basic expectation of things to be in working condition is the minimum.

クリーニングをお願いしたが行方不明になり少し時間がかかりましたが最終返却されました。またクーラーの効きが悪く部屋の変更を依頼したが上手く伝わらず暑苦しい中3日間過ごしたが、土産話になりました
