A mountain dream resort
Pros:

This resort is beautifully located and boasts a warm, inviting interior. Every aspect, from the restaurant to the al spa , has been perfectly arranged and decorated. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, the food was delicious, and the view from my room was truly splendid.

Cons:

A Small kettle in a room would be nice but other than that all fabulous.

Schöner Aufenthalt in tollem Hotel, ein Geheimtipp!
Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage mit schönen Ausblick, direkt
an der Skipiste. Geschmackvoll renoviertes Haus, mit tollem Spa-Bereich. Sehr freundliches Personal. Feines, vielseitiges Frühstück. Fondue in der Gondel ist ein Highlite!

Cons:

Abendessen-Karte im unteren Segment wenig vorhanden. Wenn man ausweichen will hat es Dorf kaum Alternativen.

Pros:

The food at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good! Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great (though a bit of an uphill walk from the bus stop).

kommen wieder, weil professionell geführt und sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, gibt nichts zu meckern !
Pros:

top Buffet wie man es kennt und schätzt

Cons:

die Speisekarte ist noch nicht im 2025 / 2026 angekommen, viel Fleisch, wenig vegetarisches... wir haben etwas gefunden aber nach zwei Tagen muss man sich auf der Karte schon wiederholen. Hier ist noch Luft nach oben aber war kein Problem.

Everything was good! Staff was very good as well! We will come again!

Cons:

A very small thing about the bathroom. Bathroom lights would turn on and off automatically when one opens the door and it had no switch. Would have preferred a switch to turn off by ourselves, especially if one showers and another person is sleeping on the bed.

Wonderful!
Pros:

Simply a wonderful place to relax, to be in nature, to enjoy good food, pamper yourself in the spa. The team is very helpful and passionate and dog-friendly!

Saunabereich klein aber fein, nicht stark besicht daher optimal

Cons:

beim abendessen 3 versch. kellner? chef de service oder ähnliches die über den Abend alle 5‘ mindestens gefragt haben ob alles gut sei da sich die 3 nicht miteinander abgesprochen haben.. etwas nervig

Nous avons bien aimé en général
Pros:

L’établissement est très bien entretenu et très charmant.
Personnel de réception vraiment serviable, et à l’écoute.
Le spa est un énorme plus.
Et la localisation est sympa. (Attention gros skieurs c’est pas pour vous aux pieds des pistes)

Cons:

Le dîner. Nous avons bien mangé mais manque de service.
Au bar nous avons pris un apéritif très bien servis, mais au moment de passer à table très différents.
Je ne sais pas si c’est parce que nous sommes arrivés vers 20h30 mais nous avons été totalement ignoré, personne pour le service du vin par exemple. À la fin du dîner nous étions en attente de la proposition du dessert mais il n’y avait plus le personnel appart un serveur qui dressait le Petit Déjeuner.
