Pros:

Mein Auto steckte kurz vor dem Hotel auf dem Weg fest. Sie haben mir geholfen, das Auto herauszuziehen, sodass ich aus dem Schnee kam und wieder normal zum Hauptparkplatz zurückfahren konnte. Sehr hilfreiches Personal.

Auch die Bedienung nach dem Skifahren war sehr freundlich, obwohl ich nicht mehr eingecheckt war. Ich durfte meine Sachen dort lassen und mich frisch machen.

Cons:

Den Schnee vollständig räumen, damit keine weiteren Autos stecken bleiben. Ich war bereits die vierte Person, der das passiert ist, und an diesem Tag wurde nichts an der Straße gemacht.

A mountain dream resort
Pros:

This resort is beautifully located and boasts a warm, inviting interior. Every aspect, from the restaurant to the al spa , has been perfectly arranged and decorated. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, the food was delicious, and the view from my room was truly splendid.

Cons:

A Small kettle in a room would be nice but other than that all fabulous.

Schöner Aufenthalt in tollem Hotel, ein Geheimtipp!
Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage mit schönen Ausblick, direkt
an der Skipiste. Geschmackvoll renoviertes Haus, mit tollem Spa-Bereich. Sehr freundliches Personal. Feines, vielseitiges Frühstück. Fondue in der Gondel ist ein Highlite!

Cons:

Abendessen-Karte im unteren Segment wenig vorhanden. Wenn man ausweichen will hat es Dorf kaum Alternativen.

Pros:

The food at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good! Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great (though a bit of an uphill walk from the bus stop).

kommen wieder, weil professionell geführt und sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, gibt nichts zu meckern !
Pros:

top Buffet wie man es kennt und schätzt

Cons:

die Speisekarte ist noch nicht im 2025 / 2026 angekommen, viel Fleisch, wenig vegetarisches... wir haben etwas gefunden aber nach zwei Tagen muss man sich auf der Karte schon wiederholen. Hier ist noch Luft nach oben aber war kein Problem.

Everything was good! Staff was very good as well! We will come again!

Cons:

A very small thing about the bathroom. Bathroom lights would turn on and off automatically when one opens the door and it had no switch. Would have preferred a switch to turn off by ourselves, especially if one showers and another person is sleeping on the bed.
