Es una excelente hotel muy bonito, excelente atención del personal, habitaciones grandes, limpias muy recomendado.

Únicamente le falta el servicio de alimentación pero el hotel muy recomendado

Un sitio céntrico para hospedarse en Riobamba
Pros:

Excelente relación precio- calidad, ubicación, seguridad y movilidad ( a pie, taxi o bus). Desayuno básico. Personal muy atento, amable y colaborativo.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider sind die Fenster absolut nicht dicht, was dazu führt, dass man den Strassenlärm als sehr störend empfindet.

Within centre of town and at corner of street. Staff is nice and facilities is quite clean.The service of breakfast is okay. But the night I staying was a event around and kept brocasting, sort of announced due to no understanding.

Great stay for Tren del Hielo
Pros:

Super noisy room on the street side. Bathroom not so clean and stains on the bed cover. Super friendly staff though and well situated near the train station.
For a night to take the Tren del Hielo it‘s a bargain!

Not the luxury hotel they call themselves
Pros:

To start, they had no record of our reservation. They did not give us the room we reserved, there was never anyone one in the lobby at the reservation desk to answer a question. Location was OK, but a long walk to the restaurant area of town.

Terrible hotel
Pros:

The walls were super thin and we could hear Our neighbors and everything from the lobby three floors down.

The shower was super bad and sprayed water everywhere and left an inch of water everywhere. It also made the room super damp.

Central location in older part of Riobamba, taxis plentiful, restaurants, street vendors plentiful. Street side rooms are noisy due to traffic, etc.

The building is not as impressive as the Booking photo but inside it's nice enough. Breakfast on the roof was competent.
Although they had a credit card machine they wanted cash.
