Ghatiya management
Cons:

When we booked they did not informed us that hotel is completely empty and not even the staff was there, the reception guy name Shazam fool us with a fake call that no room is available in PC burbon and they charged us 35000 for 2 hours stay because we came from Lahore and very tired coz of driving. Once we order the food they served us frozen and smelly meet.
After noticing that the complete property is empty. We asked for a refund just after 2 hours. They treated us like a shit.
Manager was being clever and they did not posted the room online yet. At the time of leaving, they did not asked for a sign on a paper. I think he is involve scamming the hotel as well,
We came to parking and putting bags in the trunk, two bell boys followed us and asking for extra money for food which we left after complaining. They asked to pay 5000 more for it.
They had zero civic sense and worst experience ever.
They dont know the meaning Hospitality.
Everyone was taking advantage n making us fool. Just because we got stucked there.
After this we had to drive back to islamabad which was 5 hours driving.

Staff was excellent and very very cooperative.
They tried their best to guide us regarding ATM machine as nothing was working in the city and everything was closed

Best place to be with family for a few days

Very supportive staff and service

Cons:

Room outlook can be improved. There should be android TV. Iron and iron stand should be in the room.

Overall very good but definitely improvement is much needed in response time of staff room service
Pros:

Breakfast was good but more variety can be added like gluten free menu, pancakes, variety of cheese and bread and fresh juices. Quality of teas need improvement also
