Pros:

Great value for money, easy to walk into the centre, the food & clothing market and the main beaches. Short taxi ride from the airport using the authorised taxis that you book and pay for before you leave the terminal. You can walk to the ADO bus station and also the local transport options are not far from the property on the main road that can take you further afield. Plenty of restaurants of all varieties and bars nearby. Very clean, housekeeping each day was excellent. Kitchenette fully equipped for cooking meals. Small but fully functional bathroom. Nice sitting out areas (although not directly adjacent to room). Drinking water always available. Didn't use the pool as it was small but looked fine. There were no noise issues from other guests, seemed to be mainly families while we were there. Remember there is no lift if you have mobility issues. Coffee machine and microwave in the reception area.

Cons:

We fronted onto the local road which was noisier than expected from around 6am as it is used by a lot of local traffic (double glazing is not a thing in Mexico!). No noise from the public square opposite but as other people have said, would be disruptive if an event is being held so best check if this bothers you. There is a small building being constructed at the rear of the property, we didn't suffer any noises issues from this and I wouldn't think it will take long to complete.

Quality and convenient hotel option near the ADO bus station and tourist services
Pros:

Good location between downtown and the main strip with tourist services. Easy walks to at least three beaches. Rooms well appointed and equipped

Cons:

Pool really too small to be useful except for kids

En general la estancia, la ubicación, la limpieza y comodidad fueron buenos. Sin duda sí regresaría.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, ya que queda a poca distancia de playas, restaurantes, un super mercado. Lo cual es bueno porque evita el gasto innecesario de taxis o transporte.

Cons:

Las chicas de limpieza hacían un muy buen trabajo, sin embargo el primer día no teníamos cortina en la ducha y tuve que ir a reportarlo, éramos 3 en la habitación y tuve que ir a pedir toallas ya que solamente nos dejaron 2, otro día nos hicieron la limpieza pero dejaron las cobijas sucias que quitaron en la habitación. El hotel cierra por la noche, ya que salí un día y al regresar a la 1am el hotel estaba cerrado y apagado en la recepción, tuve que esperar a que me abrieran, igualmente un día que salimos muy temprano a tomar un autobús de un tour, estaba el chico de recepción dormido y todo apagado, con mucha pena tuvimos que despertarlo para que nos abriera para poder salir. Esto nos parece extraño ya que al ser un hotel, es raro que esté cerrado y apagado de noche/madrugada.

Una joyita en Puerto Escondido!!

Es una joyita!!
Un hotel encantador, buen precio con espacios para relajarte, alberca pequeña pero linda.
El personal muy atento a nuestras necesidades.
Lo recomiendo totalmente si vas en familia o en pareja.
La ubicación fue buenísima, cerca de las mejores playas. Comida local a buen precio.

Great location, clean and AC
Pros:

Great location-closebto Centro, Carrizalillo, rinconada and the bahía principal. You can walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants nearby and tacos pass by the hotel. There is a pool, amazing air conditioning, and very clean.
