O hotel em si achava ótimo antes, porém acredito q tenha problema com a estrutura, já que na recepção não se pode conversar pois aparentemente segundo funcionário, conversar na recepção incomoda os hóspedes q ficam nos andares superiores

O hotel em si achava ótimo antes, porém acredito q tenha problema com a estrutura, já que na recepção não se pode conversar pois aparentemente segundo funcionário da noite, uma simples conversa na recepção incomoda os hóspedes q ficam nos andares superiores, mesmo q o primeiro quarto do primeiro andar seja o meu os q ficam mais longe são os q mais escutam uma conversa normal, funcionário totalmente despreparado! Chamo um guarda, para querer nos amedrontar, sendo q a única coisa q estávamos fazendo era esperando um lanche e conversando, reforço aqui! conversando apenas, NAO estávamos gritando e nem fazendo bagunça ! Estávamos sentados conversando e esperando o lanche e fomos destratados e humilhados! Então acho q seria importante rever as instalações e funcionários e melhorar a acústica!
