Pros:

Tive uma boa experiência na hospedagem. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. O hotel é bem localizado, possui um estacionamento amplo que comportou os veículos das pessoas hospedadas. O quarto estava limpo, era silencioso. Bom custo benefício.

De todas as coisas do hotel, apenas a Localização e a estrutura do local do café da manhã eram de fato satisfatória. A piscina e o espaço de academia junto com o espaço de lazer também eram bacanas, mas isso fica para segundo plano em um hotel.

Cons:

A atenção da recepção é péssima. Cheguei antecipado ao local, por volta de 11:50 informei a recepção que tinha chegado antecipado e que aguardaria o horário das 14 horas que seria o horário de entrada. A moça me informou que eu poderia ir almoçar e na volta o quarto estaria liberado. Resumidamente, aguardei até as 14 horas e me foi informado às 14 horas que o quarto sequer estava limpo. Me trocaram de quarto e me colocaram em um quarto com berço que foi limpo para outra pessoa.
O pior que eu so tive a certeza do atraso pois estava indo pedir informações, poise se não fosse isso, não teriam sequer me dado alguma atualização do caso. Sempre que eu perguntava me faziam cara de surpresa como se tivessem esquecido.
Lamentável.
O estacionamento pago é péssimo, parece um depósito onde colocam coisas que não usam.

Hospedagem muito boa
Pros:

Serviço de quarto perfeito, a camareira extremamente atenciosa, educada e prestativa.

Cons:

Cobrar o estacionamento descoberto, na entrada do Hotel, o mesmo valor da garagem no subsolo . Sugiro que o da frente seja livre para os hóspedes.

Acomodação e café da manhã são excelentes.

Cons:

Equipe da recepção, em especifico no check out podem melhorar muito, são confusos demais, cobram errado, encerram apto em nome de pessoa errada mesmo informando nome e devolvendo o cartão do apto. em duas hospedagens, tive problemas nas duas.
