Pros:

I stayed here because the property is really closed to cuyabeno river entrance about 2 hours by bus. The guy at the reception was nice and immediately helped me with the issue I had

Cons:

I saw that there were hair strands on the bed, floor and even the bathroom. I quickly told the guy at the reception. Even though he gave me a different room, the room that I got still have hair strands. I KNOW THE THESE ARE NOT MINE BECAUSE I HAVE PINK HAIR.

Pros:

Nice hotel with lovely pool, they let us use the pool for small fee when we weren't the guest.
They have a restaurant but i didn't try it.
Personal was very friendly and location is praciticly in the center ;)

Problem with reservation with Hotels.com.
Slow wifi. Bed real hard. Good staff when you can find them. Had to hunt down someone to check in and other times. Good location. Play music too loud at pool.
