Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich sehr zentral. Wir haben alles zu Fuß erreicht. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl und einen Wasserspender. Es sieht so wie auf den Bildern aus.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super und auch das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Es ist wirklich extrem ringhörig und für leichte Schläfer ist es nichts. Wir mussten immer mit Oropax schlafen. Diese werden auch kostenlos an der Reception abgegeben.

Friendly faces and atmosphere
Pros:

Friendly staff with friendly smile and greetings. She took effort to provide umbrella since it was raining when wanted to out for dinner. The room was clean and reasonable in terms of space. There is wifi in the room and can ask for basic amenities like toothbrush if needed. There is a dedicated place at the hallway to iron clothes with place to hang the clothes which was quite helpful during ironing. The location is quite near to eateries, self laundry and convenient shop, and a walking distance to certain tourist spots.

Cons:

The mattress seemed to be a bit soft on one side (head) so felt a bit uncomfortable when lying down.

A good affordable stay close to the food action of Penang.
Pros:

The location was really good, plus the room had top aircon and a cosy bed.

Cons:

There is no gym or social area (barring the reception seat). As a solo traveller it would have been nice if there was a bar.

The locations was nice. Near to restaurant and other. Hotel pun bersih. Tak sempit sangat and tak luas sangat.
