整體地點、客服、飯店位置、房間大小都可以，但是房間內的設備細節規劃不理想。廁所跟房間的鏡子上都沒有燈，無法好好上妝。睡前要到門邊關燈在黑暗中走回床上。沖澡的水壓跟水溫稍嫌不足。

The location, it’s very central. They also cleaned my room each day at reasonable hours.

Cons:

They are culturally paranoid and the value for money isn’t there. If you arrive from abroad and only have a debit card, expect having to walk to an ATM to give them a cash deposit equivalent to $25. I would not bother my clients for a deposit of that amount. Especially since people might be landing from other continents. I moved to a different hotel on my last night for the same price and it was much nicer (not windowless, more space, no deposits). They are also not super friendly or helpful with tourism. I think this is a business trip hotel.

Great hotel but the noise sadly ruined our stay
Pros:

- Very clean throughout the hotel
- Bed was really comfortable
- Bed sheets and towels were fresh and clean
- Water refill is available
- Power points next to bed
- Not too far to walk into main areas of Georgetown

Cons:

- One of the noisiest hotels Ive ever stayed in, there is absolutely 0 soundproofing. We heard people coming in and out all night, doors slamming, chairs being pushed around loudly and even someone's alarm going off early in the morning woke us up. We did not get very good sleep here. I wear earplugs to sleep and still got woken up. Such a shame because the hotel was really great otherwise but the noise really ruined our stay.
- Strongest perfume smell in the lobby and lift it made our eyes water. Had to hold our breath whenever we walked through. A little perfume is ok but please tone it down!
- They make you keep a paper slip to get your deposit back when you check out which is both annoying and pointless. They have it on their record so why is the slip needed? Why cant they keep hold of the slip? Very strange.

Pros:

Amazing value for price and the location is perfect, walking distance to popular cafes and walking streets. Their new branch is perfect for a family of 5 and equipped with a living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. The front desk receptionist is very kind and responsive as well :).
