Clean. Quiet. Comfortable enough. Pillow a bit lumpy. Great location.
Pros:

Greeted with respect and helpfulness.

Cons:

We had a little dog with us but there was no where to take him out for a pee except the front door and we were a very long way down the corridor. Dog friendly places need a courtyard off the room for ease.

Comfortable spacious and clean room in good location
Pros:

Comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, lots of space in the room, quiet and good shower and handy location.

Cons:

It was a very long walk from the reception area to the room which was a challenge for anyone with mobility concerns.
