Amazing rooms with beautiful kitchenette and washing machine facilities. What a perfect stay!
Staff were amazing as we checked in. Beds are so comfortable and love that it had a washing machine and dryer aswell. Holds temperature really well, as it was pretty cold outside but inside was still at a comfortable warm temperature. We are from qld so was perfect. Plenty of car parks and so close to the German club which has amazing food. Cleaners were really kind and helpful. Overall a great stay even the location being so close to the highway as we had to travel to Gungahlin a lot. Also have interconnecting rooms for extra family members.
Only a couple things would be not enough plates, cups ect but we made do by washing haha few food or liquid marks on the wall in kitchen area and the couch was uncomfortable could feel springs coming through in different areas. Air freshners were very strong in scent. These are not major and we totally enjoyed our stay.
Central location for us Proximity to family & friends, free , easy parking . Self catering facilities - to cook light meal instead of eating out , washing machine & dryer, and friendly helpful staff .
Not a dislike - but probably time to upgrade the TVs to smart TVs
Loved the location for an over night stay close to Canberra hospital without buckling my wallet. The facilities were great, which i wished i could’ve stayed longer to utilize. Loved having the courtyard but was disappointed there wasn’t a table or chair to sit at outside.
The bed was way too soft for me, but it was comfy. For such a luxury room i found the shower head was a disappointment. Washing my hair i had to stand to the side of the shower to wash out the soap. As there water spray came out with a gap in the middle, which made it hard to rinse out shampoo etc…
Dog friendly. Great parking . Nice and large accommodation. Lovely staff
Not too many restaurants close. The German house was closed when we stayed.
Very clean and great value for money
The room had potential to be very good but we felt it needed a thorough deep clean. It had everything needed in the kitchen area and a washer and dryer in the bathroom. The location was very good for us.
The downfall of the room was the cleanliness. The shower recess had mold throughout it. I have no mold in my shower at home so I find it difficult to understand why this should be acceptable. The communal carpets were stained and needed vacuming as well.
Comfortable beds
Door said staff until 8 but not there at 7. We arrived within the advertised staff hours at location and online. Hideously expensive for a family room that was average and not fully functional or maintained. We were not informed upon booking that the air conditioning was not working and found out upon arrival at the unattended hotel. By then it was far too late to book elsewhere. I believe that we deserve a reduction in price and a refund. This was disgraceful.
I liked the overall place
The receptionist apparently gave me the wrong key and I had 3 people walk into my room at midnight! Which is incredibly dangerous and scary
