Pros:

The staff doesn’t seem happy to work there and is not friendly. We also asked for a towel at the front desk and were told they would bring one up but we never saw anyone or received a towel. Two towels for three people staying isn’t enough. Not worth the money!

Pros:

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Area surrounding hotel was a little run down. Park buildings closed or abandoned. It would be great if there was a walkway next to the lake by the hotel like there is closer to downtown. I would stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice patio overlooking the water. We had a snafu at check in when we were assigned to a non-dog room but I had booked for 2 adults and 2 dogs. The young lady at the desk was super helpful and got us into a great room on the first floor near a door. We were only there for one night but I would definitely return for multiple nights if we are in the area again.

The price if the room was very high for the quality. Very limited dining services(no breakfast). They were tearing up the carpet in the hall. Should have been fone when the horel was not fully occupied
