Very comfortable stay overall!
Pros:

The location. Comfort and cleanliness of the room. Prompt response from the property manager.

Cons:

Only stairs (no elevator). No breakfast. More decorations can help too.

Good location but no hospitality, no staff, steep steps.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

There are no staff. No-one. It is the opposite of hospitality. No-one to have a chat with or share advice. There are long steep flights of stairs to all but 3 of the rooms. There are very few amenities in the rooms - a handful of coffee pods.

je connaissais pour y avoir séjourné en 1990

Cons:

question dans le forfait il était question d'un déjeuner entre 8h et 9h30 nous n'avons trouvé aucune information à ce sujet.
mal insonorisé des voix une partie de la nuit au 1er plancher.

Pros:

La chambre était très spacieuse, elle sentait super bon et était très propre ! Nos lits étaient très confortables et l’hébergement est hyper bien situé ! Parfait rapport qualité prix !

Cons:

Pas de stationnement ! Nous en avons trouvé un sur la rue, mais très dispendieux !

la localisation de l'hotel et les lits etaient confortable

Très déçu par mon séjour dans cet établissement. La douche était complètement défectueuse (pas d’eau chaude, tuyauterie qui fuyait), rendant impossible toute utilisation correcte. De plus, l’une des serviettes sentait fortement la cigarette, au point d’embaumer toute la chambre. Les prises électriques étaient également très dangereuses, sorties du mur avec les câbles apparents.

60 stairs to climb,
No chain inside to lock the door from outside.
Bath tube water stopper was not the right size.
No desk or table.

No parking available and in the website booking it was mentioned on the 3 columb in small letters. I got a confirmation 2 days before mentioning no parking. Went i want to cancel from booking website it said I was not able and I loose my money. It was -28c with wind -38c. Five minutes walk to the parking was very hard at 63y in my condition with asmah in this extreme cold.

If I had know about the stare and parking I will never had reserved it. In english in booking website it is mention Hotel lachouette in the beginning. I was thinking that to have the name hotel you need a parking and elevator. I never guest that appartement 8 was on the third floor but appartement 10,11 and 12 was on the first floor.

For all those restrictions we should be able to cancel went we find out about it.

I was there for a funeral so it didn't help for the pain of loosing a 40 years friend.

I call and talk to someone in charge of the hotel lachouette and found he was not very friendly and cooperative to help me

Não conseguimos dormir a noite, dava pra ouvir todo o barulho da rua e dos quartos ao redor, o mínimo barulho como uma flatulência no quarto ao lado ouvíamos no nosso, não tinha isolamento acústico algum
