Gute Wahl für Potsdam. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage in der Potsdamer Innendtadt. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Schöner Frühstücksraum mit reichhaltigen Buffet. Abends ist es der Gastraum des Steakhauses. Tolle Kaffeevariationen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß.

Cons:

In meinem Zimmer fehlte ein Bild an der Wand. Nur die Haken noch da.

Der Aufenthalt im Altstadthotel war etwas enttäuschend.
Pros:

Das Altstadthotel hat eine gute und zentrale Lage. Das Frühstück war gut mit nettem Service.

Cons:

Beim Empfang wurde nicht Guten Tag gesagt, stattdessen wurde auf einen Monitor zum Einchecken gezeigt.
Der Hund der Dame empfang war wichtiger und es wurde sich ausgiebig um ihn gekümmert. Einen Tag zuvor hatten wir angerufen, um nach den Parkmöglichkeiten zu fragen. Es wurde uns ein Parkpklatz für 15 € zugesichert.
Als wir eincheckten, war dies plötzlich nicht mehr möglich und wir sollten unsere Telefonnummer hinterlassen. Da wir einen Termin hatten und in der Straße nur max 30 Minuten Parkzeit möglich ist konnten wir nicht warten und haben für 35 € im öffentlichen Parkhaus geparkt. Die 15 € wurden uns trotzdem berechnet und es führte leider kein Weg rein, es zurück zubekommen. Der junge Mann am Empfang war zwar etwas netter, meinte aber, es sei noch nicht seine Zeit! Es wurde auf den Chef verwiesen, der sich 1-2 Tage später melden wollte. Heute sind 5 Tage vergangen und es gibt noch keine Rückmeldung.

Pros:

Die hervorragende Lage, im holländischen Viertel. Zum Park Sanssouci zu Fuss in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Wir waren zu dritt, das Zimmer war für uns völlig in Ordnung. Sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, wir kommen gerne wieder.
