Room was good

Cons:

Stayed just 4 hours...I had no range in my temp. sim and there was no wifi connection. I informed staff and I waited 4 hours... no use.. so I vacated.. the worst thing is they don't even say at least a small refund or other compensations. I had no outside connection even to search nearby places

ห้องพักขนาดกลางๆ เตียงพอดี เฟอร์นิเจอร์โอเค ให้ยืมเตารีดที่ lobby ได้

Cons:

1) พนักงานผู้หญิงบริการ Checkin ช้ามาก มีค่ามัดจำ 500 บาท แต่เราจ่ายแบงค์ 1000 บาท พนักงานไม่สามารถ Manage เงินทอนได้ และขอมัดจำทั้งหมด 1000 บาทที่จ่ายไปและจะคืนให้เมื่อ check uot แต่เรามองว่ามันไม่ใช่หน้าที่ที่ลูกค้าจะต้องมารับผิดชอบกับอะไรแบบนี้ เลยบอกให้น้องเค้า rotate เงินจากค่ามัดจำคนอื่นมาทอน
2) ตอนเชคอิน พนง.ที่รับเชคอินแจ้งว่าค่าห้องรวมอาหารเช้า แต่พอตอนเช้าลงมาทาน พนง.อีกคนกลับแจ้งว่า ไม่มีอาหารเช้า พนง.ที่เชคอินแจ้งผิด แล้วไม่มีการขอโทษใดๆ
3) Service Mine ค่อนข้างแย่อยู่นะคะ
4) หัองที่ได้ไม่พร้อมใช้งาน จนต้องมีการเปลี่ยนห้อง เป็นห้องข้างๆแทน
5) ห้องพักราคานี้ ไม่ควรมีคราบเชื้อราในห้องนี้แล้วนะคะ

Ps. ที่บอกมาทั้งหมดไม่ได้ต้องการกล่าวโทษหรือต้องการให้โรมแรมเสียหายแต่อย่างใดนะคะ แต่อยากแนะนำให้ปรับปรุงส่วนนี้เพิ่มขึ้นค่ะ
